How do i delete an account if i don't want it anymore??

That is not right i didn't collected taxes for exactly 2 days but when i collected them it was in the day they deleted my nation. I collected the taxes and after a few hours when i relogged my nation no longer exists. For 28 days i collected taxes every day.

Man how could a nation disappear during a few hours. The last time i checked my nation was safe and sound and after a few hours when i relogged there appeared a message that my nation no longer exist and i should create a new one. How did happen such a thing? i have no clue. Can some one answer my question?

Guys if u can give me some answers please i would really appreciate About the foreign aid...how can i give aid to someone or more importantly how can i accept one for myself? Do i have an option so that if i recruit a friend i will get some infra tech or land boost?Thanks in advance:)
