Bored of the game truthfully but i wont stop checking it. been around for 3ish plus years. getting annoyed by the pot shot tech raiders cause my alliance all went and got lives including me. so just looking for a strong alliance that wants a nation with numbers and aint expecting me to do a whole lot. hey i'm honest. http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_display.asp?Nation_ID=52638 Just send my nation a message... don't worry about the mess cause i'm not either.
  2. OK i have the Mars base and it's been a month so i'm trying to buy the Mars mine and it's not showing up in my wonders. Now i've done the math and it comes around to ~49 mil, so i would assume 100mil + 49mil would be 149 mil? so i feel that i'm missing something obvious here, can someone help me out? Technology: 3,380.89 Infrastructure: 16,500.00 purchased: 4,548.270 [total= 7,003.103] and roughly 166 mil on hand.

LMAO @ nyce. but ya..buying tech to get nukes is BAD.. cause sure you get nukes but you know what.. if your infra isn't high enough A. you wont be able to buy them if you can't pay the increaseing prices. B. you wont be able to pay the upkeep cost.. and even if you can you will probably be makeing a pathetic amount of money to sastain your nation incase of a war or just development.
  10. what good is tech to big nations? i am Technology: 660.00 Infrastructure: 3,440.00 i got 100 tech from a couple members..it did nothing to my nation except boost my NS..which i realy don't need right now. so i had sold it off...and still 2 mil was even that much.. ya your 1,999.99 infra 557.09 tech puts you in my range...but guess what i can have thousand more shoulders then you. and make alot more money..what good is that tech going to do you? all it's doing for you is putting you in the range of bigger nations that will just peal off your little tech.
  11. well whats alot tech going to do for you if you can't keep the infra ratio up.. once your small... tech may help you..but once you get bigger..if you can't keep your infra up your screwed..you'll have lower level infra but a NS to get your butt kicked by nations haveing less tech but ALOT more infra. infrastructure is the more important key...cause the more infra you have the more people you have..thus the more soldiers to defend your nation you can have...THEN you can bring tech into the eqaution to help boost some military standards...but massive tech for nations under a couple hundred infra is a BAD idea.. unless nations like being ZIed on a weekly bases.
  12. people tell me something when you are trying to gain strenght and power for your alliance how is 20 nations that are 0 days old.. tell me how that would help your alliance? you would have to pay them all and they still would be inexperianced for combat..they would lower your average NS [which don't realy mean anything but still] and is just more people you have to answer 500 questions for.. his solutions is to do tech deals? ok nice..give the noobs tech..that rises their NS thus makeing them target for tech raiders... now you have brought unneccecary raiding to the alliance...oh but wait..you don't even sell thetech right cause you go and steal half of it for yourself then call the alliance you are in a#$holes. so if you recruit him you are basicly just asking for problems to start in your alliance. -general.cj.82ndAA GOA and leader of the UMC.

  17. UNITED MILITANT CORPS Link to Flag Preamble The purpose of United Militant Corps is to provide an alliance that can defend its members and handle all foreign affairs with quick haste. We look to fight beside any and all our allies. UMC does not believe in strict leadership in fact it acts on bases of all leadership having different jobs but the same amount of power as any other general. Squads are used in the defense of its members and allies. Article I - Leadership - General of the Army (GOA) - supreme commander acts on all matters of alliance including economy of the alliance,supreme general over squads,foreign affairs,and safety/security of the alliance. Also is the only general who can appoint a new general/COS as seen fit. - Cheif of staff (COS) - cheif of all interalliance matter,assist with aid,trade, and war, incharge of any and all recruiting for the alliance, stands in for GOA whenever need. - LT General - General of foreign affairs, along with the GOA he/she work on finding and creating allies among other alliance,works on setting up embassies with other alliances aswell as setting up their embassies here.Also handles getting pacts sign for neutrality and defence for the alliance. - Brigader General -(super mod)- in times of war this General takes command lead of all divisions and battalions and commands them into war and/or defence for the alliance and it's allies, he/she receives order from the GOA (or COS if the GOA is not at a commanding post to do so) and gives these orders to the sqaud/battalion he/she see's fit to handle the situation. - Recruitement officer - these officers are in charge of recruiting new members into the alliance. - Tech Raid Officer - These officers are in charge of approving tech raids. they make sure that the nation is unalinged and inactive before it is raided. -Article II- Joining/ Leaving All new members upon joining and swearing in the oath of UMC will receive at start up aid of (to be determined). Upon joining members will be encouraged to be active in the forums and check for updates and events. Freedoms of views are allowed but to disrespect an officer will not be permitted. If the alliance enters a war, members that do not wish to be apart of the war shall not be forced to fight. If a member in time of war wishes to leave, they must pay a fine to be determined by nation strength, the fine is to support the troops left to fight the war and the fine is to be paid within a week of notification. If fine not paid the nation that refuses to pay will be subjected to the target list -Article III- Time Of War In times of war all member will report to their squad leaders for instructions, and the squad leaders to the Goa/COS/Brigader General. From there members will be informed of their targets and can discuss attacking and defending tactics for the war effort. Certain amount of funds will be given to each squad leader to pass out to his squad. Each squad will be responsible for each of its own members, each squad is a band of its own brothers and is to watch one another's back in wars providing aid and military support (in wars, tech raids, etc). -Article IV- Alliance Funding For the ability for this alliance to grow we need was to make money. UMC will have 2 banking nations that will hold (X) amounts of money and in times of war will be passed out to help for war funding. Banking chains will be made to support the bank by X amounts of members. Sending one days tax collection to the next person and then they will add their days collection and pass it on until it reaches the banking nation a large sum, from there it will either be held or divided up and sent to smaller nations to help with growing thus making a stronger alliance. -Article V- Tech Liberating Tech raiding is allowed but the rules must be followed! 1. The nation, which you are attacking, must be inactive for at least 5 days 2. The nation that you are attack MUST NOT be in an alliance. 3. You must get the raid approved by a tech raid officer. 4. If nation becomes active and ask for reps, you must pay them. If they come on and do not ask for reps but attack you back do not ask for help pm the user and request peace if you feel you cannot handle it alone. 6. If the nation becomes active and gets others to attack you, you can then come and ask for assistance. 7. If the nation you attack is in or joins an alliance, you must report it immediately to a General ASAP for diplomatic resolve. Article VI- Squads All squads report to the GOA and COS. In times of war Brigader Generals may be apionted and the squads will also report to them. Squads consist of 4 nations all within 1k ns from each other and all can decide on a name and badge if they wish. All nations in the squad also make sure to take care of their members by helping them all keep up in strength. In times of war while 3 nations are at war the 4th will provide in or step in when another nation backs out. If a nation of one squad is attacked, the other 3 members of that squad have the 1st rights to attack the aggressor.
