By lowering yourself to Duce's level you're not really helping your claim that this Nordreich is new and improved. Also, Duce, keep it highbrow. There's enough to criticize them for there.

I imagine most of that is right but the original ICSN predated all the other leftist alliances. Silent's first alliance and ICP broke off of it. EDIT - Wait, I was reading it from top down. Mah bad.

Technically there was no peace treaty between ICSN and NPO back in the first few months of the game (ICSN was curbstomped. NPO was satisfied with the result and just walked away). If those kinds of things are carried on from alliance to alliance then...
