This is generally caused if you canceled the transaction before completion. If you would still like to donate first check your PayPal records to ensure that the payment did not go through and then visit the donation offer screen again. Odd. I am taking Franz's advice from this point forward. It's a problem of my own making, and I thank you both for responding.

Is there a record somewhere of the donations I have made to other nations? I have checked my activity log and the FAQ, but there is nothing there. I would like to make sure I do not make the mistake of donating to the same nation twice in the same month. The second time they get nothing, as I understand the terms of service.
