The biggest wars this game has ever faced, we were outnumbered in both of them, paid reps for months. yet we're still at the top of the game today, unlike you and pretty much every single karma/bipolar victor. You have no idea what happened, if we really wanted to, we could've ate all of zx tech, he was going to be bill locked within a round. Our top tier would've simply gone to PM and we would've simply transferred all of zx tech into our alliance. Unfortunately for us (normal members, who saw a free tech raid) diplomacy prevailed for zx.

yes, it basically counts the alliances stats from the point they entered the war, till today. tech, infra, land etc are more secondary stats, the real stats people should care about are the damage dealt/received

Re your edit. Those are individual stats for individual alliances. The top part is the general war effort
