No, it wasn't. You don't seem to understand what it meant for them to ask that, because you don't understand the essence of a power struggle. Playing the victim had nothing to do with it.
What it meant? It meant their allies didn't have to go to war because of NSO's incompetence. Just like in this war it meant that PC and iFOK didn't get dragged into a war simply because NEW is too stubborn to accept that what they did was wrong.

It's the same situation, NEW asked PC and iFOK to not honor defensive obligations and NSO asked NPO et al. to not honor defensive obligations. What's different?
Well the difference is that NSO did it so that they could play the victim.

To be honest, I'd lose respect for PC and iFOK if they did defend NEW. They've had this coming for a long damn time.

I would like to remind you guys I wrote this in about an hours time just because I wanted to test some of my writing skills. I thank those of you who didn't completely call me retarded and if you have constructive criticism to give me I welcome that as well. Also let me remind you i'm 15.
It's still not very good. I'd suggest talking to a teacher about helping you improve your writing skill. You need to work on your writing style and get actual facts next time. I assume this was supposed to be a philosophical essay not an opinion essay, so that would require research and not just conjecture.

I didn't get far, but this:
"For billions of years there have been two opposite sexes."
is absolutely the worst way to begin a paper. Always avoid saying things like "For _____ years" or "Since the beginning of time."

@AirMe If I remember correctly, he said during the '08 campaign he would lower taxes for the middle class and not the +250K crowd...or something to that effect. Another campaign promise busted (not that politicians haven't been doing this forever). Obama is not a fighter, he cave at every turn, even when he has a majority of Americans supporting the position that he campaigned on (tax cuts, DADT, and so on).
He hasn't lowered taxes for anybody, and he can't, our budget is stretched beyond the breaking point as it is.

No I'm actually better than you. From work today many stopped to say, "Happy Thanksgiving" and I was a jerk and blew off their friendliness to prove an ill conceived point they had no idea I was making.
