I've accepted my share of Tech, and am thus completed. Balkone and Bardhylius have sent their shares of Tech as well. Divine Force of Redemption Nation (Benevolence) owes JohnWinthrop 50 Tech. Once that Tech is paid off, Round 1 of the Tech Deal will be completed. Benevolence, I suggest you buy the Foreign Ministry improvement because without it, you only have four (4) Foreign Aid Slots. With the improvement, you'd have 5 and thus would be able to send JohnWinthrop's Tech on time. EDIT: Never mind, I see you've already noticed this and have sent the Tech to John. Round 1 of the Tech Deal is officially completed. Round 2 is slated to begin January 5th or 6th. Roarbaa seems to have forgotten about the Tech Deal and we need to find a new seller. I've contacted an old friend, Balkone of Balkania. He said he'll take part in the tech deal. So new plan, replace roarbaa with Balkone and the Tech Deal should be solid.
