You will be getting nuked as well though, so the odds won't be that high, and comparitively, you'll still save so little an amount on the tech multiplier, it doesn't really save you that much, if anything. An opponent with a warchest would just buy back his aircraft. So sure you may save money on damages, but the cost for the nuke is probably the same price, if not more.

Yes it does. For example, in the war with GR TORN hit GR within, what, 46 seconds? Had they been able to insta nuke, GR could have been effectively paralyzed before the update even rolled around. So basically, I agree with Azaghul.

I wouldn't, because if you got into a nuclear war, you'd be sitting there, and be getting nuked, and wouldn't have any way to do any real comparative damage to the enemy.

Not really, they maintain their position, and to do so they have to keep their growth up to par with the other alliances.

This. I also find the subs to be fun to play with. Other than that nothing really. I recently got blockaded, and I spent more trying to break that blockade than I lost when I collected after 4 days. I know the guy spent more on his navy that he used to hold the blockade than I did, so that's not very efficient blockade wise. Blockades don't even really effect someone either, if the nation has a warchest.

The Manhattan Project won't save you any money, but it will however make sure your opponent pays for the damage dealt to you.

We don't set unrealistic goals, so obviously we do hope and expect to do so. I expect us to do so, as long as our current workload keeps up.

When you click "Search Alliance Foreign Aid" next to the alliance affiliation, it shows another alliance called Digital Combat Soldiers. I assume this is because of the word Soldier being in their name. Is there anyway to erectify this problem? I'm assuming this problem exists with wars too, but am unsure.
