Now I'm not an "awooga, awooga, abandon ship/the sky is falling" guy, but don't you think the lack of stuff to do is part of why we still have the nations we do? All anyone needs to do is collect once a month or so. Honestly, I'll never understand why people think game changes will somehow increase nation count. If you look at it, game updates actually decreased them. When there were many more nations in existence at a time, wasn't the game a lot simpler? If you don't like reading and/or posting on here or at least your own alliance forums, you're probably at a greater chance of leaving. So, while this probably isn't a new argument, shouldn't any "game updates" come from we the players?

I wonder what would happen if Admin set the displayed total of nations to a gradually increasing number? I probably knew a fraction of the thousands that allegedly left after I got here, so dying or not, I don't really see what's to get worked up over.
