Kevin Kolb for Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and 2nd Round pick
Great trade. Kolb has a lot of potential, but he is unproven. He definitly can end up being a solid QB, but the Eagles already have a pro-bowler in Michael Vick. The Eagles big weakness last year was their secondary. Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie is a pro-bowl cover CB who is proven, unlike Kolb. He will definitly help the Eagles defense this year, especially with the much improved secondary. The Second Round draft pick was a steal imo. Before the trade, the Cardinals were bluffing with a trade for Kyle Orton to lower the price. The Eagles called that bluff and got a 2nd rounder for it.
    Signing of Jason Babin
Jasosn Babin had 12.5 sacks last season with the Titans and made his first pro-bowl. Another problem in the Eagles defense was the rush to the QB. Besides Trent Cole, the Eagles Defensive line was terrible. With Jasosn Babin, Trent Cole, and quality players like Juquae Parker, the Eagles Defensive End dephth chart is looking really good. One factor that isn't being talked about is the hiring of former Titans Defensive Line coach Jim Washburn. Each team Washburn coaches, the Defensive line who plays for him get a huge amount of sacks. Should be nice to finally see the Eagles put pressure on the QB for once.
    Signing of Nnamndi Asomugha
What can I say? When the Eagles signed the best cover corner in the league in Nnnamdi Asomugha, I couldn't believe it. Throughout the week it was reported the Asomugha would sign on with the New York Jets or even the Dallas Cowboys. With Asomugha signing with Philadelphia, it gives the Eagles the best secondary in the league. Nnamdi Asomugha, Asante Samuels, and Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie are there to shut down every QB and WR in the league. One of the reasons the Green Bay Packers won the Super Bowl was because of the threat of their passing game. The Eagles now have a counter to that in Asomugha, Samuel, and Rogders-Cromartie.
    Signing of Cullen Jenkins
Adding to the defense again, the Eagles signed DT Cullen Jenkins away from the Packers. Now the Eagles D-Line consists of Trent Cole, Jason Babin, Cullen Jenkins, and Antonio Dixon. With Jim Washburn and his reputation for building Defensive lines, the addition of Cullen Jenkins will definity play an important part in his scheme. He had 7 sacks last season for the Packers which is excellant for the DT. He is also strong in stopping the running game which the Eagles were weak against in the last few seasons.
    Signing of Steve Smith
The Eagles offense already consists of Michael Vick, Desean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin, Lesean McCoy, Brent Celeck, Ronnie Brown, and Jason Avant. With Steve Smith signing with the Eagles, this makes the team a top 5 offense. Not only that, this takes Steve Smith away from the division rival New York Giants. Eli Manning has lost Steve Smith and Kevin Boss this offseason. He now has limited targets to throw to which is a plus to Eagles, Cowboys, and Redskins fans. Steve Smith caught 112 passes in 2009 and is a gutsy player. He is expected to return to the field by late September/early October. Should be interesting to see how he performs.
    Overall Grade: A+
Easily the best offseason I have seen the Eagles do. They finished 10-6 last season and they are now even more stronger. They have covered the holes on defense, though lineback remains a question with rookie Casey Matthews(brother of Clay) leading the linebacker core. If I had to predict, I'd guess the Eagles will get anywhere from 11 to 13 wins. They have a pretty easy road to at least winning the NFC East, but that isn't the goal. The signings/trade of Nnamdi Asomugha, Cullen Jenkins, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, Jason Babin, and Steve Smith are designed for one thing and that is to win a Super Bowl. Obviously the NFC will be a tough test with the Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Falcons, New Orleans Saints, and Chicago Bears, but for the first time since 2004, it looks like the Eagles can finally get passed the NFC and into the Super Bowl. Should be a fun season.

I just want applaud you for declaring war on my alliance six month ago. It was a !@#$ reason, but at least you did something to make the game interesting. Albeit, I am sure you knew your side was going to win the war but I really don't care. You did something relevant which 90% of the alliances in the game don't do. Thanks for bringing a war in this game and I apologize for criticizing the CB.
Further more, anyone who criticizes CBs these days should think about the last few years. Most would rather fight a stupid war about anime than collect taxes for eight months.

The New Pacific Order and the Continuum fell from power over two years ago. The Karma War gave the game a much needed victory over an alliance and a power sphere that needed to fall. Of course weasel alliances like ODN jumped ship at the last second and never got their fair share of Karma, but all was well and good in the Cyberverse. It was nice to finally see the two year hegemony of Pacifica finally fall.
As expected, a new hegemony took Pacifica's place. At first it was called "Super Grievances", because of the strong SF-CnG connection in 2009/2010. Now we live in the era of Doomhouse and Pandora's Box. To make it easier, I will call it the MK Hegemony. Why? Because just like NPO in 2008, the Mushroom Kingdom is thought of as the central alliance of the hegemony whether they like it or not. The MK Hegemony has lasted more than two years already. This is roughly the same amount of time the NPO Hegemony were in power. Many will dispute that you can't compare MK's and NPO's time in power because Pacifica used reps such as viceroys and forced disbandments. That's all fine and dandy, but I am not here to compare MK and NPO. I am here to show you why the current MK Hegemony must be defeated. Enjoy and have fun arguing.
    1.) Highest Reparations
a.) Echelon(Karma War) - People will argue on whether NPO deserved their record-setting reparations for Karma, but the terms Echelon received were an embarrassment to Karma and everything it was intended for. Was Echelon a close ally with NPO? Yep. Did Echelon betray their allies in Polaris and BLEU in WoTC? Yep. Did they deserve the harsh reparations they received in Karma? No. Lets take a look at the money/tech reps for a second.
Obviously when I call the current power the MK Hegemony, this doesn't excuse the others who have participated in this hegemony. One of the main perpetrators is obviously Xiphypoo, GOD, and their Super Friend allies. As we all know, Xiphy has an odd fetish for high reps and that like. It came as no suprise that his alliance extorted 10,000 tech from Echelon. This once again showed his high reparation fetish. I'd go as far to say that if Xiphosis joined NPO when he first joined the game, he could very well be the Emperor of NPO right now or at least in high gov. He has a thing for a high reparations, he is known as very loyal, and he knows how to play politics. Seems like a perfect Pacifican(circa-2007/2008/2009) to me! Speaking of Xiphosis and his SF buddies, former Super Friends alliance Monos Archein also participated in the high reparations galore of Echelon. $300,000,000 and 7,500 tech. Surely a fair price for the evil that is Echelon. Jumping off Super Friends for a moment, lets look at the CnG alliance Greenland Republic. "10,000 technology to MK on behalf of GR". How nice of GR. Taking a chunk of Echelon's tech to give to the Karma alliance who preached the end of high reps. How very Moralist of MK to accept it. "What comes around, goes around".
As long as it's not secret like the secret terms given to Polaris in WoTC, it's okay!
    b.) NPO(Karma)
These reparations are perhaps the most controversial ever given and accepted in the game. Did NPO deserve the highest reparations of all time that included the following: 350,000 tech, $10,000,000,000, cancellation of all treaties, military decommissioning, ban on nuclear weapons, and a few other harsh reps. Hmmmmmm. I thought Karma was supposed to be the end of these kind of reparations? I suppose people bring up the excuse that NPO deserved to pay these reparations. I guess that could be right. However, the recent DH-NPO War has already put a stain on these terms. When NPO signed these terms and when the peace agreement was announced, it was thought of as the end of NPO's Hegemony. Clearly MK and those who fought in the recent DH-NPO War thought NPO needed more damage and destruction inflicted on them. Karma and the reparations NPO received didn't end the revenge that MK wanted against Pacifica. Obviously this means that the reparations NPO paid out from Karma didn't close the book on Karma. MK and their buddies could just keep attacking them whenever they wanted to because they still hadn't fully achieved the revenge against Pacifica. So why call the Karma War the Karma War, if it wouldn't end the revenge against NPO?
    c.) TOP/IRON/TORN/TSO/DAWN(Bipolar)
As much as it pains me to write on how MCXA(TSO) was wronged, they and their allies were wronged. I'm not going to get into talking about the Bipolar War. That has been debated to death and it usually ends in a generic Crymson vs. Grub fight. I am here to talk about the reps of the war. This is where the hypocrisy of the MK Hegemony starts to play in. As we all know, TOP and their allies laucnched a pre-emptive attack on the CnG bloc. MK had a right to be outraged. No one is debating that. Did TOP deserve the high reparations they and their allies received? Well, in total TOP/IRON/TORN/TSO/DAWN had to pay over 300,000 technology. At the time I can see how this can be thought of as fair. No one had really used pre-emptive war on the scale TOP did, so the terms could be fair if you think about it that way. What really make these reparations look like !@#$ is recent DH-NPO War. Doomhouse lauched a pre-emptive war against NPO, like TOP did against CnG. This automatically throws away any credibility the Bipolar reparations had. MK did the same thing to NPO what TOP did to them. Good job MK!
    d.) Dark Templar(PB-NpO)
Once again we have to go to Xiphy and his Super Friends. The DT situation was one of stupidity from the beginning. Because DT stayed in the war for oh so long , CSN demanded 40,000 tech from the medium-sized alliance. The funny thing is that Xiphy apparently helped create the terms. How surprising! In the end, they only had to pay a miniscule 20,000 tech and also had to apology to Liz....even though she acted immature in the peace negotiations.
    e.) NPO/"Hopeless Coalition"(DH-NPO)
Heh. So I guess the mighty GOONS war machine didn't too so good compared to MK and Umbrella. Guess that "everyone attack GOONS" strategy worked then. Either way, GOONS got their $2,000,000,000. Did they deserve it and did the above alliances deserve to give it? No, though I guess DH won and could do it. Meh. Most thought these kind of reparations were over but spoils goes victor I guess. What really is the worst part of the terms is:
Listen MK, you attacked NPO for no reason and you get whatever they give you. If they give you no high NS nations to attack than so be it. Deal with it. The damage NPO received in this "Limited War" is far worse than any mildly high conventional reparation agreement. I don't have any problem with FAN/NoR btw. FAN had a right for war and NoR just helped their ally.
    2.) Stagnation/Stale
The MK Hegemony is stale. It has been two years since it has been the dominant power sphere and like the NPO Hegemony, it really is time for a change. Does this mean NPO will take over once more? Hell no. Some have this odd fantasy that if MK falls, NPO will regain power. Here's the thing....what if Sparta or MHA became the dominant power? What if Polaris became the new power? I think it would be a lot more interesting to see someone new other than NPO or MK/PB at power. Two years is enough and another MK victory in a global war would likely put them in an even more dominant position than NPO a while back. Unlike NPO, MK and their relationship with their allies are more based on friendship and loyalty. CnG won't leave MK behind like MHA/Sparta did in the final days of the Continuum.
    3.) Length of wars
This is really the main problem on why we only see three or so major wars a year now. Ever since Karma, the length of wars has skyrocketed to levels where it takes multiple months or even more than a year to rebuild. NPO was held at war in Karma for three months. TOP/IRON/TSO/DAWN/TORN received over two months of full scale war with MK and their CnG allies. The "Hopeless Coalition" fought for over three months Doomhouse and Pandora's Box. NPO and Avalon fought for four months. The destruction that these multiple month wars cause in unprecedented in the game. In a time of declining membership, you would think that we ease off the harsh reparations and lengthy wars. This, in turn, would allow us to rebuild faster. Rebuilding faster would give us more wars. More wars gives the game more drama and more fun. Is it just a coincidence that these multiple-month destructive global wars have caught on when MK has been in power? Perhaps. The fact of the matter is, is that these wars must stop and the MK Hegemony must stop with the harsh reparations. White peace or "grey peace"(not re-declaring and surrendering) is the way reparations must be used from now on. Do you have to send white peace right away? No, but the MK Hegemony must stop with the high reparations. This is causing these lengthy wars. The VE-NpO War ended in a fairly reasonable amount of time because the reparations were for the most part(excluding the Xiphy/CSN reps) fair.
    4.) Conclusion
I'll make this quick for those who don't feel like reading. Why should the MK Hegemony fall? Because reparations are the highest they have ever been at, MK has been in power for two years and it is getting stale, and wars last multiple months which prevent more wars which causes everyone to get bored. That's why.

I have been in CN since mid 2008. I have seen many wars and many terrible posts that come with it. However, in all my years here, I have yet to see a post that has embarassed even the one's laughing at it. A post that has literally put a stain on CN. Until now....
This 'Judge X' has gone from an unknown TPFer to grabbing a #6 seed in the Worst Posters Ever tournament. Once this post was posted in the WPE nominations on the MK forums, this guy went from almost zero nominations to getting numerous nominations in of couple minutes. Judge X may not be the 'Worst Poster Ever', but this was the 'Worst Post Ever' imo.

    The Moralist Era

First off, sorry for !@#$%* grammer. I sucks at it.... Second, this is my opinion on the issue. Deal with it.
Nostalgia. Some are nostaligic about the original three Great Wars. Some are nostaligc about the WUT Hegemony and the Unjust War. Some are nostalgic about the NPO Hegemony and the noCB War. Some are nostalgic about the Vox Era and the Karma War. I am here to show you a timeline about one of Cyber Nations' most odd and confusing eras: The Moralist Era. Driven by Post-Karma paranoia on how the "brave new world" should be handled, the time period from the end of the Karma War to TOP's Declaration of War on MK, will always be remembered as one of the most interesting and odd time periods in Cyber Nations' illustrious history. Some say yes, some say no....

    The Moralist Era(7/6/09-1/28/10)

    July 6th, 2009

    Echelon Outrage:
The Moralist Era began on July 6th, 2009. No doubt about it. During the peak of the Karma War, you did see Hegemonist arguements on how Karma was being unfair, but their arguements were overwhelmed by those on the Karma side. No one really cared what anyone had to say. NPO and their Hegemony were going to lose once and for all. The criminals were finally going to be punished. The sheer euphoria of Karma's victory brought an aura of general optimism to the Cyberverse. That was until Echelon's surrender thread. What started out as a normal peace thread of hailings turned into a 45 page PR disastor for the victors. The surrender terms included harsh reps and the banning of Caffine1 from Echelon government. Though some argued that Echelon deserved it for their part in the Hegemony, does that excuse anyone from giving terms as harsh as the one's given to them? Some say yes, others say no.
Almighty Grub's Post:The official beginning of the Moralist Era(imo) began with former NpO Emperor AlmightyGrub's post on the terms given to Echelon, and the one's proposed to NPO. The topic expressed the dissapointment of the Karma coalition and the anger of the reps. Many, including some fighting for Karma, hailed the post. "Moralism" would explode after this.

    August 2009

The Second Moldavi Doctrine: The Second Moldavi Doctrine would be the doctrine of all Moralist basically.
The whole "anti-tech raid" craze was beginning to heat up at this point. With Karma over, many looked for a new enemy and a new goal to make the "brave new world" a better place. The big topic issue during the Moralist Era was tech raiding. On one end you have the ex-Hegemony/NpO/STA/TOP and on the other you have GOONS/Athens/PC/\m//Super Grievences. With Ivan's new doctrine, when any alliance thought that a mass raid was wrong, they could use the Moldavi Doctrine and declare on the aggressor. Ironically, the only time it was used would be the big step towards the end of the Moralist Era.
IS-CG War: The first mass tech raid the Cyberverse would see would be the Internet Superheroes attack on the Crimson Guard. Thw war would be short. Only two days. During those two days however, drama unfolded between Moralist and IS supporters. IS was supported by their Pink sphere allies in RAD and PC. CG was supported by....Invicta, OO, STA, Vires Noctu, CoJ, USCN, tC, TIO, Menotah, and tRE. Not one of those alliances held a treaty with IS. The Cyberverse wondered if the Moldavi Doctrine would be used to start a seventh global war. Unfortunately for war hawks, IS succumbed to the pressure and paid reps to CG. The first crisis in the Moralist Era had been resolved.

    Crisis in Novemeber

Knights of Ni!: Of all the stupid things to do in late 2009....what Athens and CnG did is simply mind boggling. At this point, Moralism is at an all time high. The Moldavi Doctrine had been declared, Moralist won the IS-CG crisis, and tech raiding popularity was at an all time low. Why on earth did Athens and CnG decide to mass raid a helpless 40 man alliance? Doesn't really matter. Point is, Athens and KoN! reached an agreement. Regardless, this almost led to war between NpO and others and Athens. Once the issue was settled, the crisis was settled. War was avoided.

January and the end of the Moralist Era

NpO-\m/ War: After the infamous WWE(Worst War Ever) between TPF and RoK, the Cyberverse was getting angsty for war as usual. It came when PC, GOONS, and \m/ raided the small alliance of FoA. Just like the Knight of Ni! crisis, the aggressors eventually reached an agreement. Emperor Almighty Grub of NpO didn't really care. He, along with a bunch of others, were sick of the mass raiding. They were sick of raiders screaming out "Moralist scum. They were sick of the current state of the game. The New Polar Order declared war on \m/ to stop the mass raidings that always happened every other month and to set an example.
TOP-CnG War: The end of the Moralist Era: The Moralist Era died on January 28th, 2010. The date in which NpO peaced out with \m/(as you see Grub wanted white peace as he stated in the NpO DoW) and the date in which TOP/IRON declared their infamous war on Complaints and Grievences. The NpO/TOP coalition would have won the war if screw up didn't happen. It was a total disastor from all sides. At this point, TOP were outnumbered and getting rolled, and NpO's declaration on GOD and reentry didn't help the Moralist comeback. The final nail in the coffin to the Moralist Era occured when the New Polar Order declared war on TOP, in defense of MK. The Moralist Era had ended.

I recently made a blog about the Post-Karma world(something I call the Moralist Era considering the term "Moralist" was at its peak), so I have now decided to write a blog on Karma itself, and how I feel about it looking back on it. Again, sorry for !@#$%* grammer and please deal with my opinion. I'll deal with yours. I'm no Doitzel and I am not a great writer, so please bare with me here.

    Karma War: False Hope
    A Blog by Reverend Ryan

In about one month, the two year anniversary of the Karma War will dawn upon us. Karma. Quite possibly the most important war this game has ever seen. A war that saw Pacifica's Hegemony fall. A war that ended EZI and PZI once and for. A war that was finally going to give payback to NPO. A war, to many nobodys like me, was supposed to end the disgrace of harsh terms and attempts of forced disbandments(I'm looking at you Xiph). Most nobodys thought the war would finally end the Hegemonic !@#$ NPO forced upon us in 2008. To quote the New Radicals, "We've got the dreamers disease". What must I say? We were too idealistic I guess. We were wrong....
I am a nobody in this game. Always have been. Hell, one time I threatened GDI by threatening Continuum intervention. This was before I actually understood the politics of this game obviously(lol). I first started to understand the game's politics during one of it's more fun times. Those old enough all remember Vox Populi. The alliance that would spell the beginning of the end for the Pacifican Hegemony. The alliance that began a revolution that would continue and lead up into Karma. Vox Populi wanted retribution for all the crimes NPO made during it's time on top. Not only that, they wanted to end the harsh terms alliances received from NPO and their lackeys. 2008 will forever be tainted as the year with the worst reps in the game. GPA, NoV, GATO, noCB, Polaris. There are many more, but I'll keep it limited to the more famous wars of the era. When I read Schattenmann's This Week in Pacifica, I actually thought the upcoming revolt against NPO would finaly end the unjustices of weak CBs and harsh terms. I supported Vox Populi's message. Many who would lead the Karma coalition hailed and supported Vox's message too.
I'll just get to the jist of it. Though us nobodys hate to admit it, Karma was never a war to end the injustices of NPO. It was a war to end the power of NPO. It was a war to win grudges that were building since the old days of the Great Wars. NPO is insane if it didn't think all of the grudges they created wouldn't come back to haunt them. On April 21 2009, NPO attacked OV and Karma was formed. Archon, the mouthpiece of Karma, gave CN hope that a new day was coming. A day without injustice and hegemonic evil. A "brave new world".
The Karma War had begun. We remember when Karma's leaders would say some generic one-liner such as: "Your time of evil is over. A new age is here!". We remember when all of MK was beloved and how everyone thought the unjustices that NPO made would finally end. In the end, the war was a success and victory for Karma. At last, this new mysterious "brave new world" had come. I won't discuss the terms given to Echelon in detail, but I'll just say they were unfair and unjust. Banning a member from government and harsh terms for such a small alliances wasn't necessarry at all. Now where was I---oh right! A new era had come. The "war of hope and change" had finally ended. Blah....Blah...Blah. Yeah---okay. Would the "brave new world" bring in significant change in how reps would be handled? No. Would it bring in significant change in power? Yes. The Coke(Hegemony)-Pepsi(Karma) thing is sort of ironic. They somewhat taste the same, but Pepsi(Karma) tastes a tad bit sweeter. Pretty funny if you ask me.
Now we get to the current war. Two wars actually. One with many of the victors demanding and receiving reps(CSN/MN) and another with a war based on fear and paranoia, with no legit reasoning for war. The war declared on NPO by Doomhouse was cowardly. Period. It was unjust and came at the perfect time, during the VE-Polar War. A war based on why NPO shouldn't be even allowed to have the slightest of chances to gain some sort of power. I ask Doomhouse, if you are so afraid of NPO holding power, why give them peace at all? I supose it has to do with that phobia you have when people compare you to NPO. Meh. Karma was supposed to give NPO a second chance. The political leaders behind the NPO War can go on about how "NPO was never forgiven. Karma never ended the retribution that NPO deserved". Tell me why Karma was fought then? Just to continuously hit NPO whenever you wanted? I don't care what the elite political leaders say, us nobodys wanted Karma to end this kind of !@#$. You took what Vox wanted to create and spat on it. You failed. The same alliances who jumped ship when enough was enough with NPO will jump ship with you next. What comes around......goes around. Watch out DH, Karma is heading for you next.
    Good luck

Brett Favre should change his name to Brett Fraud. Why? Because he is a fraud. He never knows if he is going to retire, he is a baby who wants everything, and he is a whimp for retiring again just to switch teams and to skip trainig camp. Retire already you liar.

I was watching the 7 ages of Rock documentary earlier today, when they were talking about how Alternative Rock/Grunge represented a good majority of Generation X. This got me to think of a thread a few months ago that discussed generations in CN. Because of this, I took my post in the thread, and put some of the key events of each generation to show you why I think each CN generation stopped where it did, and put it up on this blog. Please share your opinions on your thoughts of CN generations if you want to.
Beginning of the game-Great War I: The Greatest Generation: The Greatest Generation is byfar the most important out of all other CN generations. They created the alliances that would shape the future for years, created ideas that have influenced today's CN, and have had many of the most influential leaders come out of their generation. Though weak in numbers today, The Greatest Generation continues to have the most recognizable and influential leaders and players. The Greatest Generations also saw Great War I, which would cause the rift between LUE/NAAC/GATO and NPO/NpO. Great War I and it's aftermath would create the political landscape that would create the Nation Boom Generation, thus ending the Greatest Generation.
Post Great War I-Great War III: The Nation Boomers: The Nation Boomer era saw an influx of new nations and alliances come into the game that would evolve the game into a new level. This era saw the creation of the first true alliance blocs. The League, featuring much of the victors of the First Great War, and the Initiative, centering around both the NPO and NpO would square off in Great War II that saw a quick Initiative victory. The remenants of the League were eventually destroyed as Aegis in Great War III. The Nation Boomers, like the Greatest Generation, have many recognizable nations and leaders. The Nation Boom era saw the official end of the original LUE/GATO/NAAC vs. NPO/NpO feud, thus ending The Nation Boom generation.
Post Great War III- Unjust War: The Unjust Generation: Entering an era with no real enemy, after the destruction of the League/Aegis, the Unjust Generation saw the first Hegemony in the Initiative. The Initiative, like the future Continuum, saw the isolation of alliances like Viridian Entente and FAN, which led to their destruction in curbstomp wars. It also saw the first rifts between NPO and NpO during the Moldavi Rebellion. Eventually, the Initiative would split into the Unjust Path and NpO/BLEU. The Unjust War would see the disbandments of Unjust Path alliances like \m/ and Gen[m]ay, and the eventual destruction of GOONS, thus ending the Unjust Generation.
Post Unjust War-War of the Coalition: Generation Pacifica/Pax Pacifica: Generation Pacifica or Pax Pacifica saw nations born into the era see a world unlike any past Generation. The formation of One Vision and the Continuum, saw the birth of the New Pacific Orders 1+ year of hegemony and dominance. Much worse then the shorter Initiative hegemony, the first wave of Generation Pacifica saw the isolation and defeat of alliances such as NADC, GPA, Wolfpack, GATO, NoV, Golden Sabres, BDC, and FAN. The second war on FAN would not see an end in Pax Pacifica. Each alliance that would fall to the NPO hegemony, featuring Continuum, One Vision, BLEU, Super Friends, and the Citadel, would receive harsh terms including viceroyality. Many alliances formed during the Nation Boom and Unjust Generation would disband. The second wave of Generation Pacifica would see the cracks in the Hegemony begin to open, though not noticed at the time. The NPO was beginning to isolate their strongest and most loyal ally in the NpO. The rift between Emperor Moo of NPO and Emperor Electron Sponge of NpO would lead to the end of the NPO-NpO bond. The War of the Coalition/noCB War would see a controversial CB used to destroy NpO/BLEU and MK/CnG in battle. It would become the largest curbstomp ever seen. The creation of the revolutionary alliance Vox Populi would see the revolution against Pacifica begin, thus ending Pax Pacifica and Generation Pacifica.
Post War of the Coalition-Karma War: Generation Vox: Generation Vox would be the final months of the NPO hegemony. Anti-Pacifican newsletters like the Tattler and This Week in Pacifica would see Voxian spies recking havoc on the NPO and it's core allies, by posting key info on the Hegemony's rifts and future plans. This would create a large, by slow anti-Pacifican coalition to form. As the Continuum became smaller one by one, public opinion started to turn against the NPO. By April, the Citadel, CnG, and the Super Friends were all apart of the anti-NPO coalition, or better known as Karma. With war beginning, the shear massive force of Karma, and bad PR moves saw NPO's ally go down one by one. Eventually, the NPO and TPF would be the last remaining alliances in the Karma War. Karma had achieved victory against the Hegemony, thus ending Vox Populi's purpose and Generation Vox.
Post Karma War-BiPolar War: Generation Karma: Generation Karma saw the Cyberverse have a new sence of freedom and hope. The Pacifican hegemony had ended, and an optimistic future was predicted by many. The months after Karma saw many crisis such as the Athens-Ni! War and the Pacifican-Polaris spy crisis. Though war looked possible, each crisis ended in peace. Still, the alliances who fought for NPO's hegemony in the Karma War, were looking to overthrow Karma in another war. Pro-NPO alliances who fought with Karma, such as TOP, allied itself with the ex-Hegemony. Many moral issues, especially tech raiding, began to also become an issue. Finally in December 2009, a number of alliances attacked TPF for spying during Karma. The upcoming days of so called "trench warfare" and the peace the ended hopes of global war led warhawks calling it WWE: Worst War Ever. Luckily for the warhawks, the continuous moral and tech raiding crisis would lead the New Polar Order in attacking \m/ more a tech raid that would start the oddest war yet(especially for a Polar nation). The NpO-\m/ War looked to be the global war everyone waited for, but it ended it peace just like WWE. Fortunately for warhawks, TOP and IRON would pre-emptively attack CnG. This stage of the war would see NpO fight a number of alliances on both sides, causing the name of the war to be called the BiPolar War. Eventually, the TOP/IRON/ex-Hegemony side would lose, thus ending Generation Karma.
Post BiPolar War-Present: The Uncertain Generation: Unlike the aftermath of the Karma War, the aftermath of the BiPolar War saw a sence of uncertainty in the game. The ex-Hegemony, alliances who fought with NPO in the Karma War, was defeated both by war and politically by the so-called Super Grievences (CnG and SF) in the BiPolar War. The overwhelming odds of a war against Super Grievences is leading to the slow, but inevetable destruction of the ex-Hegemony. The Uncertain Generation has also seen a rise in tech raiding by alliances like the reformed \m/ and GOONS. Many in the Super Grievences camp has supported the tech raiding, leading some to believe the SG is the newest hegemony, but with no core bloc stringing CnG and SF together, many believe they will eventually pick up ex-Hegemony alliances each and split.

YOU SUCK!!!! I could carless that you are in Miami, but you just spit on Cleveland's face by going on this stupid ESPN special called the "Decision". I hope you fail as a Heat.

    NFC East
1.) Philadelphia Eagles 11-5(With a scary defence and a solid offense, expect Donovan McNabb to lead the Eagles far this year.)
2.) New York Giants 11-5(Though they did lose Plexico Burress, the Ginats defence will give the Giants a strong playoff year.)
3.) Dallas Cowboys 9-7(Tony Romo will win early, but by November and December, they will fail as usual.)
4.) Washington Redskins 7-9(A solid defence, but they are in the toughest divsion in football and their QB isn't that great)
    NFC North
1.) Chicago Bears 10-6(With Jay Cutler, Matt Forte, and Brian Urlacher, I see this Bear team winning the NFC North)
2.) Greenbay Packers 9-7(Aaron Rodgers and Ryan Grant will have solid seasons, but not enough for a playoff spot.)
3.) Minnesota Vikings 8-8(Adrian Peterson won't be good enough to stop the bad Viking QB's from making this team just miss the playoffs.)
4.) Detroit Lions 4-12(Hey, it's better then their 0-16 season last year.)
    NFC South
1.) Atlanta Falcons 11-5(Matt Ryan and Michael Turner will lead the Falcons to another playoff season this year)
2.) New Orleans Saints 9-7(Drew Brees will throw for another 30 touchdowns as the Saints just edge in to make the playoffs)
3.) Carolina Panthers 7-9(Though they have a solid running game, Jake Dellome may getting too old to win against this division)
4.) Tampa Bay Bucceneers 5-11(Expect a tough season for a team without a good quarterback.)
    NFC West
1.) Arizona Cardinals 9-7 They aren't great, but they are in one of the worst divisions the NFL has ever seen, so they find a way to edge in.)
2.) Seattle Seahawks 7-9(T.J Houshmenzada will improve the Seahawks signifigantly.)
3.) San Francisco 49ers 7-9(With 2 bad quarterbacks, I don't see this talented team making the playoffs, but they could be a sleeper.)
4.) St. Louis Rams 5-11(Tough year for Marc Bulger and the Rams. The "Greatest Show on Turf" era is long gone by now.)

2.) Miami Dolphins 9-7(Though the Jets will compete with Miami for second place, Miami will prevail.)
3.) New York Jets 9-7(A talented team, but I don't think Marc Sanchez, the rookie quarterback, can lead them to the playoffs.)
4.) Buffalo Bills 6-10(T.O will only cause a civil war in the Bills locker room.)
    AFC North
1.) Pittsburgh Steelers 13-3(They won the superbowl last year and have the best defence in the game. What more do I need?)
2.) Baltimore Ravens 9-7(Great defence, but I don't know if Joe Flacco can lead them to another great season. Interesting team.)
3.) Cleveland Browns 7-9(Look for Brady Quinn to start a new era in Cleveland.)
4.) Cinncinati Bengals 4-12(Will they just implode the core of this team already? It's never going to work!)
    AFC South
1.) Houston Texans 11-5(This suprise team will bring in a new era for the AFC South as Colt supremacy crumbles.)
2.) Tennesse Titans 10-6(A great defence and running game will lead the Titans to another playoff season.)
3.) Indianapolis Colts 9-7(A solid season, but the long lasting Colt Empire will fall just like Rome, Greece, and the USSR.)
4.) Jacksonville Jaguars 7-9(An ok team, but in a too tough division to compete.)
    AFC West
1.) San Diego Chargers 13-3(Phillip Rivers, L.T, and Shawn Merimen will lead the Chargers far.)

    NFC Championship Game
(1)Philadelphia Eagles 17 vs (5)New York Giants 13 - In a classic Eagle-Giant battle, the Eagle defence out performs the Giants.
    AFC Championship Game
(1)San Diego Chargers 38 vs (3)New England Patriots 31 - In an offensive duel, the Chargers finally go to the big game in a win.
    Super Bowl XXV
    (NFC) Philadelphia Eagles - 34
    vs.
(AFC) San Diego Chargers - 28
Eagles win the first overtime game in the Superbowl. Donovan McNabb is named Super Bowl MVP going 30 for 49, 311 yards, 3 touchdown passes, and 1 interception. Eagles are champions!
P.S - If you think I only picked the Eagles because I'm an Eagle fan, your wrong. Sure, I may be a bit biased but many other NFL experts chose the birds to win it all too. I truly don't see 1 dominate team in the NFL. I only see numerous solid teams such as San Diego, Pittsburgh, New England, Atlanta, New Orleans, Chicago, New York(Giants), and yes, the Philadelphia Eagles

It's confirmed. The Philadelphia Phillies aquired Cliff Lee for the Cleveland Indians. They traded away Carlos Carsco, Lou Marson, Jason Donald, and Jason Knapp for Cliff Lee and Ben Francisco. Are you kidding me?! We stole this deal. Not only did we get one of the best pitchers in baseball, but we also got a riht handed hitter off the bench. To make it all better we didn't even trade Michael Taylor, Michael Brown, J.A Happ, or Kyle Drabek. We stole this deal. Do I hear dynasty?!

If you haven't heard, the best pitcher in baseball Roy Halladay is being shoped by the Toronto Blue Jays. This guy is a stud. Easily one of the best pitchers in baseball. Of course it will have to take a hefty price to get him. The teams interested in getting Roy are the Philadelphia Phillies, Los Angelas Angels, Los Angelas Dodgers, Texas Rangers, Boston Red Sox, and a couple other teams. The clear front runner in the "Roy Halladay Sweepstakes" are the Philadelphia Phillies. Not only are they the defending World Series Champions, but they also have the prospects to get Roy and Roy wants to come to Philly. There have been some controversy on wheater Philadelphia should trade our top prospects especially pitchers Kyle Drabek and J.A Happ and position players Dominic Brown and Michael Taylor. The Blue Jays want Drabek, Happ, and Brown. Of course they won't get them all. As a Phillie fan, I don't want to totally destroy the future for Halladay, but I am willing to pay a price. Since this is the best time for Halladay to be traded, Toronto knows that whoever makes the best deal this week will be the best deal they will get since Halladay will have more playing time for the possible team. Now if I were the Phillies, this is what I would do to get Halladay.
    Philadelphia Phillies Get:
    1.) Roy Halladay
    Toronto Blue Jays Get:
    1.) J.A Happ
    2.) Dominic Brown
    3.) Carlos Carasco
    4.) Jason Donald
This trade in my opinion is a benefit for both teams. Philly will get the best pitcher in baseball and Toronto will get 2 top prospects in J.A Happ and Dominic Brown and also two solid prospects in Carlos Carasco and Jason Donald. Feel free to express your opinion.

When the Karma War first began I supported Karma. Even though I was fighting on the Hegemony side, I also thought NPO's actions were dispicable. I wanted change. I wanted to see the end of EZI, PZI, Viceroys, brutal terms, and all of the rest of Pacifica's wrong doings in the past. I though Karma would bring that change. Tonight my mind was changed. Once I saw Echelon's terms, I was also disgusted. I thought that it was stupid to have to make Echelon take responsibility for starting the war when all they did was defend their ally. I also though how stupid it was to ban a former government member from being government again. Was this really Karma? It sure didn't look like it. It looked a lot like what NPO had done in the past. The terms they had given to defeated alliances. Huge amounts of tech to pay, huge amounts of money to pay, banning members from being government, blaming alliances on acts in which they didn't commit. This was not change. This was just as worse as the Hegemony's acts to other alliances. This was Karma using their dominate power to "force" Echelon into accepting these terms. I applaud NPO and TPF for continuing their fight. Though both have been at the head of the Hegemony and both have given terrible harsh terms; they have continued to fight. They have continued to refuse the terms that Karma gave to them. If I were the leader of either alliance, I also would continue fighting, no matter what the odds.
    o/ NPO
    o/ TPF
    o/ NpO

Well, it's pretty obvious what the outcome of this war is. The war coalition known as Karma is on their way to victory over the coalition known as The Hegemony, The New Pacific Order and IRON are most likely going to fall down below the top 10 in the sanction race, new powers such as TOP, Sparta, MHA, and the New Polar Order are on their way for a competition for first place, and the sanction race will become a lot closer. The question is, what will the political landscape of Cybernations be like after the war is over? In this thread, I will explain my opinion of Post Karma War CN, and than you, as Templars, can express your opinions too.
    The New Power
With the NPO, IRON, and the rest of the former Continuum and the reamaining One Vision alliances out of power the question is, Which alliances or blocs will take the leap as the next powerhouse in CN? This is a very interesting question to answer. Ever since Great War II and especially after the Unjust War, the NPO and their allies have been the clear power in the game. They ruled with an iron fist taking out, every threat who had a chance of seriously harming them. The Hegemony took out the Unjust Path in the Unjust War, most of FAN in the FAN-1v War, GATO in the GATO-1v War, and most importantly, BLEU in the War of the Coalition. Little did they know that the War of the Coalition would cause the downfall of the Hegemony, and now a new power will rise to take their place. Obviously, the notable canidates are Sparta, TOP, MK, RoK, NpO, MHA, Gräms, ect., ect. Bloc wise we are looking at NOIR, The Citadel, The SuperFriends, Complaints & Grievences, and possilby a few newer blocs that will come in. In my opinion, nobody will be the power of CN. Not an alliance or a bloc. The Continuum in the past was the clear dominate bloc. Nobody could defeat them unless they were weakened. There were too many strong alliances in Q, that it caused every other alliance to kiss up to them or else they could be a potential target. In these days, the remaining blocs are even. There is no clear power, and honestly(unless a new Q like bloc comes, which most likely won't happen) there will not be a clear power for a long time.
    Political Landscape
Because the Continuum has been dissolved and since there is no clear major power over CN, I believe the political landscape of Planet Bob is going to get very interesting. What is the Political Landscape on Bob going to be like? Well, unlike one major power contolling the game, there will be a few alliances/blocs trying to take control. Sound familar? If you have been around since the pre-Great War II days, than yes. This summer, is going to be very interesting. With Karma un-united, and with no major power, it looks like Planet Bob may be going into a sort of pre-Great War II like Cold War. Though the sides haven't been detirmined yet, it's clear there is a race for power between the Karma alliances and blocs. There are many possibillites of a Cold War. One of them is Complaints and Grievences and the Super Friends in a cold war. Another one is The Citadel and the SuperFriends in a Cold War. My third one is The Citadel and Complaits & Grievences in a Cold War. My fourth one is NOIR and Complaints and Grievences in a Cold War. My fifth is NOIR and The Citadel. Ny sixth one is NOIR and the SuperFriends, and my final one is The Citadel, the SuperFriends, NOIR, and Complaints and Grievences in a four way race for power. There also might be a fifth power formed of Polaris, STA, NSO, and former BLEU alliances. Even One Vision will be a power after they get their beating in the war. Because there are this many even sided blocs, in all likely hood, there will be in some way or fashion, a Cold War
    War?
This game is different from real life. Cold Wars lead to wars. Major wars. During the Cold War between the League and the Initiative, there were a lot of a skirmishes, and than war finally broke out starting the Second Great War. With a likely Cold War between former alliances and blocs in the Karma Coalition, most likely war will eventually break out. What is the "war" going to be like?. In my opinion, this possible war will break out either in the late summer or fall. During the summer, there will be a lot of interesting moves that will shape the sides of the "Cold War". War will eventually breakout like I said though. It will probably be like the orginal Great Wars between WUT and The League/Aegis. It will be a fight for power. Not a curbstomp like the War of the Coalition. In fact, we may see 3 sides in the next "war", though anything is possible. In all honestly, I believe the next major wars will be a string of wars. Possibly 2 or 3 wars between the same sides for power. Of course, this is only my opinion, not yours.
    Former Continuum Alliances
Where will alliances like NPO and IRON go? This question is hard for now. Old Guard will of course be with the Citadel and Valhalla with Poseidon, but it is still a very hard question. The only answer I have is that they will go with whomever they want to be with and they will rebuild. They will still be very important after this war because they will signifigantly help one side of the "Cold War" and the eventual Epic War I(or whatever). First, they must rebuild though. After that they can start their Foreign Affairs agenda again.
