    As usual, you are incorrect. Multiple other alliances threatened Harry. Polar was just more willing to pull the trigger to show that lines shouldn't be crossed.

    He removed all of the sanctions. Polar just happened to be most pissed about it.

    I warned Harry several days ago that removing sanctions was a bad idea. As for negotiating, begging isn't the same as attempting to right your situation. I'm not sure how much you even begged, but I doubt it was very good.
