Echelon and NPO are still bound by One Vision (like a coalition?) treaty And as such, Echelon is helping out their fellow One Vision ally. Echelon is attacking the Veridian Entente. NOT vanguard. It's pretty straightforward. I need 3 nations willing to sell tech and dedicate 3 of their slots to this deal. To be a seller all you need to do is accept 3 million cash from NATION A, then send 50 tech to NATION B and 50 more to NATION C. All in one go. Let me know either here or in game. As the topic says: I need people who want to sell tech in tech circles. The basic details: 3 million for 100 tech. Whole deal done in one day. Nation A sends 3 million to nation 1 Nation B sends 3 million to nation 2 Nation C sends 3 million to nation 3 Nation 1 sends 50 tech to nations B and C. Nation 2 sends 50 tech to nations A and C. Nation 3 sends 50 tech to nations A and B. So right now I am looking for 6 sellers each with 3 open aid slots available right now.
