What about a clicks per minute limit in the 2 hours before and the 2 hours after server update? If you are legitimately trying to do things in CN, you don't need more than a set amount per minute. 12 per minute is one every 5 seconds. 6 per minute is one every 10 seconds.

Why isn't there a clicks per minute limit? It would reduce server load.

Why can one nation can launch 5 nukes but can only take 1 nuke every day? If it was limited on nuke receivable, shouldn't nukes launched also be limited as well?

Instead, the additional limit should be like 5-10 per minute around server update. This wouldn't prevent people from doing what they need to do, it would just prevent them flooding the server. Comment Removed
