[/quote] This isn't a job where you shouldn't burn bridges and it is better to lie than anything else. He gave his reason for leaving, would you rather him give you a generic answer? The best part is you acknowledge multis is a problem and then say he shouldn't use it as a reason. I guess you could argue that you shouldn't leave now because of a known problem, but unresolved problems tend to eat away at you and you feel worse and worse about them as time goes on. And of course, any excuse is a good excuse for quitting, I would of been satisfied with him losing his sock being the reason

While PB dominated for awhile, it wasn't anything outside of the status quo, which is quite odd given the name "Pandora's Box." I guess you could argue we saw more pre-emps and that added some sort of excitement, but they were all done during a global war, except for the pre-empt on Polar, but as Schatt says, that is kinda like picking the default option.

Not surprising given events, but I feel like more was going to be done by PB overall. Nevertheless, I know it is hard to let such things go, so best of luck in the future to all of you.
