July certainly has ended up as a rather memorable month here at the Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (hereafter referred to as CRAP). First off, and possibly most excitingly, we have managed to set up a full, stable government for the first time EVAR! This is an important point in several respects. First, we can continue to increase our diplomatic presence on Planet Bob, since we now have what amounts to a full diplomatic corps. Next, we can finally get back to tech dealing and wheeling as we had been previously accustomed (if you would like to work with us, please send a missive via you diplomat to our alliance). Finally, and most importantly, it means that the Triumvirs, such as me, can finally sit back, relax, and act like the shadow government we aspire to be. In addition, it just so happens that today is a very important anniversary in the history of our esteemed alliance. For it was on 27 July 2009 that our dear friends, the Aquatic Coalition Front, decided to merge with CRAP for various reasons. Indeed, this merger can be considered as a change of fortunes for CRAP, as our alliance has generally prospered since that day. But, in honour of our fallen friend, I ask you all for a moment of silence. ... Finally, it would seem that our alliance has finally broken into the top 100 alliances on Planet Bob, at least according to the alliance score system. Yes you read it correctly, we are in the top 100! Number 99, to be exact. If you don’t believe me, take a gander at the little screenshot I took last evening. Salvete omnes! As of yesterday, 15 January AD 2010, the Coalition of Royal Allied Powers (CRAP) has officially reached the 1 million nation strength mark. We would like to say that the government here at CRAP is very proud of this achievement, and that we hope all our members will continue to lace our nations' water supplies with growth horomones grow at a reasonable pace. And, since we like to cite our sources, we hope that the below images serve as sufficient proof of our claim: Since we've achieved our New Year's Resolution (and are probably the only people in the world to do so), we thought that you all here on Planet Bob might like to know.
