I don't know what attacks he's using on them but yesterday he hit me with 2 CMs, 2 Air, and 2 ground, certainly not a simple military operation, especially since he can't win any tech from me.

No I don't think you have. I was attacked and anarchied by 3 nations all within minutes. very good for them they coordinated well. 1 offered peace. The other 2 hit me again after update. Then another offered peace. The last one has continued to ZI my natio despite the fact that I have sent multiple peace offers to him and have only launched I think 3 offensive attacks against him, I might have won one but I doubt it. I again today offered peace to this Fingerling fellow and stated in the peace reason "Follow your ROE" only to be hit my CMs, Air, and Ground attacks again today. Seems to me like you guys are trying to ZI nations in TE. Fine, whatever, but I can tell you it sure makes it hard to get into playing the game. TE is war based, I get that, but there has been a traditional way to play the game. Once that stops so do the participants... Everything on my nation is exactly the same as before. The only thing that has changed is that: 1.) I have built 20 nukes 2.) My happiness level dropped less than 2 points 3.) My environment went up 1 point Except for these 3 things everything else is exactly the same yet my collections have dropped about $5Million, 35%. Any ideas? I can't figure it out.
