well, i just answered my own question. Apparently he only has 49.999 tech, and the game is rounding it to 50. Very confusing.

I am in a tech deal with a member of my alliance, Gougliatchy, and he sent my 50 tech today for a tech trade i paid him for last week. he has 50 tech, and an aid offer for 50 tech, but i get this error message: the thing is he does have 50 tech. Hey everyone, i am looking for a couple temporary trades so that i can collect taxes within the next 4 days. Here are the resources i realy want *Must be aqua for the 10 minutes we trade* Cattle Gems silver spices sugar water wheat water All i only need them for about 10 minutes(once i have everything), so this wouldnt disrupt your trade circles, or anything. in reality it normaly takes a couple hours to send and accept trades from everyone. If anyone has 2 of those and is willing to trade with me it would be a huge help. I would be willing to pay you for your time too(either in cash or tech). CT, i cant use either. we already have rubber, and dont have room for wheat. Blue7ind, this is a aqua circle and you are GPA. do they allow for color changes? I dont want you to lose 5 happiness because of the color.

right now its at 68, but when i collect it goes to 93 if i remiber correctly

i got someone with fish+iron and someone else with lumber+gems. but i had to offer them 6 mill each. so if you can find someone cheaper....
