I was wondering how is the naval upkeep calculated. Because when I just times the number of each ship, by it's base upkeep, and then add them all up I get $675,000. I then figured I'd multiply by my naval upkeep reduction granted to me by uranium (5% off) I then get $641,250. I thought that's strange my bill page says it is $667,500. So i divide $667,500 into $675,000 and get 98.89%, whereas it should only be 95% because of my uranium . So either i'm being directly cheated, or on account of where the game rounds most of my benefit disappears. If this is the case I'm wondering whether it would be appropriate to suggest in the suggestion thread moving the rounding and the upkeep reduction to the final step/ I hope this is in the right place. This sticky says it should go in Game Abuse, because it's about my nation. But that forum, and it's sticky seem to be more about the abuses , so please forgive me and/or move my thread where appropriate.
