Hello,
For the past two days now I have not been able to login to my account on CN. On top of that, whenever I request a temporary password or that my own password be sent to me via e-mail, I recieve an error screen saying that the e-mail addres I give does not match the ID I give. I have tried several variations of my ID and password [my cookies were deleted] but nothing has yet worked.
Is there any way for me to recieve the information I need?
