Done and done, inform everyone you have a trade with about it and offer this up, it'd be proper and might help us secure various resorces aswell. Also try to get a harbor built as soon as you can, I'd send resorces to do it, but my aid slots are full right now

Being that this is a pretty typical thread made, I'll just stick to the basic information: 1: If you're alliance is at war, please let me know so I know to make sure they are no longer at war when I do send the tech your way - This is just a means of keeping my Alliance as well as my own Nation out of needless war. 2: I currently have 3 slots open, You will need to make sure you have atleast 1 slot open 10 days after you send me the money and 10 days after that point as well, If something comes up, let me know so I can postpone sending the technology until your nation is ready for it. 3: I only do refunds if I'm pulled into war myself and if I'm close to first shipment of technology. If this situation arrises, inorder to save your money, when I send the first payment of technology to you, I will also send half your paid price so that you do not lose any money from a war I get pulled into.
