I had no trouble decommissioning a stadium myself, but it's hard to tell.

This is a problem I have been having for the last day or so.

I go to decommission my 2 remaining barracks and I get the error shown on the 3rd image.

I have cleared the cache, closing and reopening my browser, and it still shows up.

If it's not a bug, am I missing something?

I understand these anti-cheating protections are there to protect innocent ppl like me, but how do they work? I have been trading with this person since day 1 and now after 84 days, we are all of a sudden on the same network! I've contacted the other person and we use the same cable company, but in Australia we have a duopoly of cable internet, so half the cable users in the country use Optus - are they all on my Network?

So let me get this straight, I'm "cheating" because someone is using the same ISP as I am?

How is someone using Rogers Internet in British Columbia or Ontario, or even all the way across town "on the same network" as I am?

What about those thousands on Verizon or Comcast in the US?
