I bring Greetings to all of Digiterra from The Order of The Black Rose. As many of you know, I do not frequently or frivolously make announcements. It is my purpose this day to come before you in the capacity of my position as Knight Commander of the Chamber of The Court of the OBR to inform you of a promotion that is long over due. Squire Kirke is well known to many of you through her tireless efforts creating and maintaining trade circles in the Black Sphere. Her work in that area has brought her accolades and praise from far and wide, some from friends and some from alliances with whom we have had no formal relations. Her efforts to create stable trades in the Black Sphere have even brought formalized relations with some of these alliances. Though these efforts are publicly known, there are other duties that have kept our good squire even busier. Her works inside the alliance have been exemplary, she goes above and beyond before being asked and the time has come for the Order to show how such efforts are rewarded. It brings us great joy to announce to you all that Squire Kirke shall be Knighted Saturday next by Dame Hime Themis. Once Knighted, she will take her rightful place on the council and assume the duties of the Knight Commander of Blackwater. All are welcome to join the celebrations. The formalization of relations with friends always brings joy to our hearts.

I am glad that this has come to fruition. (I'm also glad to see Kirke's hard work being recognized. )

With the signing of the Easter Sunday accords Greenland Republic and TORN are now officially at peace. The Order of the Black Rose went to war in defense of the Greenland Republic as response to the Activation of our MDP treaty the CSN by Greenland Republic. As stated in our Terms of Engagement and Ceasefire agreement we will not seek any terms or reparations when ending this conflict. TORN fought with class, humor and tenacity and we are honored to have fought them as adversaries and hope to be able to greet them as honored friends in future. With this declaration we of the OBR and Rosular Kingdom and TORN recognize a full state of peace exists between our two alliances. No quarter was asked by our noble foes and no terms have been asked to cement this peace. We celebrate peace without need of a color but the recognition of a valorous foe now hopefully a friend to be made. Good to finally have our friends in MFO as treaty partners. JoshuaR and MFO have been good trading partners and solid friends for sometime so it is good to put that friendship to paper.
