I thought that nations got deleted on day 21, not day 20 of inactivity. I thought I still had time. Tell me, are nations deleted on day 20 or 21, because I've seen nations before with "21 Days Inactive" before...

Hello, I just created a new nation, but I had desired a new Ruler Name. I recreated my nation under Imperial Gashira by accident. If it's at all possible, I would have my Ruler Name as "Leos Klein". Is this allowed and/or possible? Thanks in advance.
