  1. Nope "Connection Interrupted The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again." Whatever, working on getting a tunnel set up to my home network. If that doesn't work will just have to resort to a sitter.
  2. Well if it is not you I will try and track down the problem with the ISP (who unfortunately I have no direct contact with) Can you confirm is the forum on the same server as the game. In any case I find this very strange. One last thing to anyone reading this can you check and see how many days inactive I am. I would really appreciate it. Dont want to let things get too close if I have to get a sitter. edit: I know the error is not from the game itself. The problem only appeared when I got here to Benin in West Africa. I know some sites block African/Satellite internet IP's so i was just wanting to confirm that is not the problem. The reason that made me think this is that my browser begins to connect, recognizes that the page is there but gets disconnected as it tries to actually download and load the site. At least that is what I believe is happening.
  3. Sorry it took me so long to reply. Have tried also from IE, same result, cant connect to any section of the game. This is the only website that is doing this and I cant figure out why. Do you have certain ISP's/Locations blocked and if so can I get my IP exempted? Also tried it from my phone (albeit from wifi as data is $15 Mb as an American here in Benin) As for the proxy I was under the understanding that you should never use them as you will likely get banned for multi. I hope that extra info helps.
  4. I can not get to any of the CN game pages. Every time I try to load any of the cn game pages I get the following error ""Safari can’t open the page “http://www.cybernations.net/login.asp” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection, which sometimes occurs when the server is busy. You might be able to open the page later." At first I thought the server was down, but then I remembered that the Forum was on the same server and according to my alliance mates the site has not gone down recently nor is down currently. My only thought is that I am currently in Benin West Africa on a medical aid trip, but I am using satellite internet with an IP that I believe resolves to the united states. And for the record the rest of the internet works including this forum, the only problem seems to be with the game itself. Any help would be appreciated. Thomas Scott of Texastan
  5. I am buying tech for a nation I am sitting. Looking for two(2) 3mil for 100 tech single slot deals. Send me a PM ingame to work things out. No unaligned, or people in wars please. Nation Name: Kirnolk Ruler name: Mark Butcher link: http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_d...Nation_ID=61262
  6. I want to give these guys a big thanks and a strong recommendation. They found me 4 single slot 100 tech deals within a day and a half. All of the tech arrived within 24h of when it was supposed to, and their sellers were very professional as a whole. Strong recommendation for these guys.
  7. I think yall are right. Is a little over 10mil worth the loss of my nation? No, just annoying that I did all that waiting for nothing. Well C'est la vie.
  8. Is it possible to get some sort of mod confirmation that the script is done manually not automatically after update.
  9. My CN birthday was supposed to be today, but then it turns out it was leap year so it is tomorrow. I know, my fault should have planned for 18 days. So I will be 20 days inactive tomorrow. Question is, how fast is the delete script run? And if I collect within say 30s of update what are the odds that I will be safe. Any help with this would be appreciated.
  10. As the last topic was closed I thought I would repost what I originally said in the correct topic. I can say that I have yet to get an event. But I think several good points have been raised in this thread. 1. I think that 10% on both excessive. This means you should get a new event every 5 days (or 6 per month) 2. As the bad events are worse than the good ones (as seen to this point in the LoSS event list we are making), statistically people would constantly be hurt by bad events by a decent margin. 3. This new practice hurts new nations in that, unlike older ones, they can not swap. This puts a large impediment in front of new players and makes catching up with the senior players even harder than it already is. 4. The new setup hurts active players. People that update their nation every day are hurt while those who are inactive have the advantage. 5. How does this improve the game? It introduces a very large amount of luck. People who get good events wont think much of them, especially since they are small. But I know several people who have received 3 bad events in the past week who are seriously considering leaving. I just cant see how this improves the game. But now I cant complain if I don't offer a solution. I think that no matter what, both the frequency and maximum number of simultaneous events need to be lowered. 10% for both actions is too much and 8 events could actually bill lock some nations. Secondly I think that the events need to be either evened in strength, or the percentages need to shift in the 'good' events favor. Just my thoughts on the matter. I hope that admin does make some changes.

  12. Just noticed that, thanks I feel stupid.
  13. Question, if you delete a lower improvement, and that drops you below the requirements to purchase a higher improvement, will the higher improvement get deleted? More specifically, say one has two clinics and a hospital. If they delete a clinic do they loose the hospital as well? The same goes for schools and universities. A second question is, does the search function on the forum not work or is it a problem on my end. I get a notice that I am not authorized to use it.
