I'm engaged in a war which ended already, but the opposition became inactive, so it's not really a war anymore. By the time you get 2 more sellers, I'll have atleast 2 aid slots open, so I'm in.

As the title says, I would like to sell 100 tech for $3 million. If this goes well, we can do business in the future as well since I don't have any interest in being a "world power" anytime soon and am happy with a small nation with minimum tech.
