  5. well it is 0.10*0.10*0.10 = 0.001 = 1/1000 chance of you getting 3 in a row. That probability seems a bit too low for you to happen to get the events, especially since they have only been reworked in the last few days, but perfectly possible. Maybe admin happened to be tweaking when you was doing things..

  10. To be fair going by admin's comments at the time he was making it look like it was certain what he had done was intended, we didn't know he had made a mistake.

  13. 1hap. does = $2, however once you add the modifiers, it is more. The modifiers are grouped, so for example say you have 5 banks (37% more) and 2 universities (16% more), it is $2*(1.37)*(1.16) = money gained from 1 happiness. NOT $2*(1.53).
  14. It is amazing some people think it is 10%, anyhow, whatever it is, it is also simply not a random chance upon tax collection/bill payment (whatever). There is something that causes clustered events too. Not that it is that important.

  16. My events have been clustered, but this has to suggest it isnt just a simple per-bill=payment probability system.

  18. As JoshuaR said the reason this whole thread is in discussion is because admin doesen't want to tell us, if he did, the game would be boring and lifeless, so I doubt you will get any clarification (other than guesswork by players)
  19. I think there is only one 100% certain way of finding out exacly how many of each sides the dice will land on if you throw it 60 million times, anyone want to voulenteer ?
