One of our guys said a bad thing once after we had been harassed for months and months by your camp, including in some very particularly unmentionable ways. One of ours finally crossed the line in frustration. This was wrong, but there is no equivalency. And NG immediately apologized. Did NG get an apology for the months of harassment from your side? Nope! Instead, you hit us and tried to wage a PR campaign against us. You lost that effort, horribly. And now, the rats are coming back out of the woodwork to try again. There's a reason I dropped my discord handle. I have no desire for vagueness, it is only forced by this venue.

It's proven over and over and over again that these allegations are nonsense. It is legitimately harassment and gaslighting at this point. From people who either need to find some reason to tear us down, or who need to deflect attention from their own darkness. You should know about that latter one intimately.

I can see why my friends are confused, and thought I was asking about a KoRT/TKTB upgrade, given KoRT entered aggressively and only hold and ODP. But nah, I was askin' about the CLAWS/TKTB treaty, I just didn't realize "(upgraded)" was part of the official treaty title. My mistake, I should have remembered the CLAWS tradition of having the worst and most uncreative treaty titles. At least it wasn't like, "We Sharpen Our Claws On Turtle Shells" or something. ...Please don't get any ideas.

This is one of the dumbest threads in the world. CB, short for Casus Belli, is "an act or situation justifying war." CBs can no longer be created, at all, once you are already at war. You can't hit someone, wait for them to hit back, and then declare them hitting back as justification for attacking them in the first place. This is actually one of the dumbest arguments anyone has ever come up with in 16 years of this game.

Some have considered it a CB to launch an offensive war, against parties not already at war. It has never been a D activation. The really inventive notion you're claiming, though, is that anyone can activate any D level if any of their war opponents aids any other of their war opponents. CCC and TCTB were already at war with TKTB. I mean, imagine if you will, the distinction between D level and A level just didn't exist.

Committing acts of war against someone who.... declared war on them. Groundbreaking stuff. Shame on you, CCC.

KoRT did neither of these things. It's laziness at it's finest. Nobody can realistically stop KoRT from doing what it wants to do, which in this case, is posture and pretend to contribute, I guess in the hopes that they won't get hit again down the line. But that doesn't make the overall image disgraceful from multiple angles, whether it be the sheer diplomatic ignorance and laziness, the pixel-hugging nature of picking only the "safest" target that 80% of your coalition is already hitting, or a sense of betrayal inherent with a naked aggressive attack against someone who stood up for them a few years back.

KoRT does not hold MA, oA, or MD level treaties with anyone. So, yeah, you can't activate an oA clause if you do not hold an oA clause. KoRT only signs ODP treaties. Which, incidentally, is the sort of FA policy that allows such flexibility to put in minimal effort and protect one's own pixels. Perhaps they should have gone the "sign treaty and retroactively activate it" route. But they didn't. It's sheer laziness, an incredible embarrassment.

Polaris didn't flip, lmao, they're still on your side. They just reversed the crappy things they did at the start. KoRT doesn't need to flip sides to win our praise. They're being criticized because they entered in the most contrived way possible to dogpile on the one alliance that has arguably faced the greatest pressure so far, and thus would be the lowest risk to dogpile in on - all without regard for the history of CCC defending KoRT from Polaris. There's a proper confluence of factors that make this one of the most disgraceful declarations of the whole war.
