I comment on what is in the spotlight, and when you posted a your thread regarding GGA, you put yourself in the spotlight, for this whole situation. The reasons you list are not the case. I have been absent for a long time, nearly two years, but it doesn't mean I haven't been watching, and it doesn't mean I haven't had time to think (Rather the opposite, in fact). My past is riddled with errors in judgment. I acknowledge them, and have vowed to not repeat them. The notion that I am not allowed to change my thought patterns over a timescale of years is... Silly, to say the least. I also don't recall being anywhere near as outspoken towards the STA as you claim I have been. Perhaps my memory has gone. But I recall a great many alliances being far larger targets of my ire.

Since \m/'s declaration of protection, indeed unilateral declarations of protection in general, do not specify nor imply that the protecting party is to be the exclusive protector, STA is well within it's rights to protect GGA. Bear in mind that \m/ did not stake a claim of ownership over GGA, merely gave a declaration of protection. There is nothing legally flawed with this declaration, and STA would be well within it's rights to defend the GGA AA from future attack. Just throwing that out there. Edit: Oh, I'm late. Looks like \m/ already backed down. I lol'd pretty hard at that. But we might yet have some drama from Merrie? I hope so. Ten bucks says \m/ just kicks him out though and that's the last we hear of it.

GGA drama from beyond the grave? Well I never... o/ STA for this most interesting announcement. Now it's up to \m/ to cross you. Please make that happen. Please oh please. Coupled with a few fat cowards who saw a chance to jump ship and stab NPO in the back in order to get a favorable spot with the new crowd. And no, it's little to do with individual alliance strength. Back in Ye Olde Days it was, when there were like 15 alliances total in the world. But not in this modern era. It was their web of friends. And Vox certainly could have established a vast network of friends. Again, as I said, it is [i]to your credit[/i] that you did not, and it demonstrates the ideals behind the Vox movement.
