If I had bought troops though, anarchy would never have occurred. And also, I had already bought some troops and sold some land trying to get to the right troop level and nothing happened when I did that either.

It usually takes another day or so to get your economy back in full swing after anarchy for whatever reason.

So.... I had less than 20% troops at home and I noticed I had 177 troops deployed as well. I decided to bring those troops home. Upon deploying those troops home it sent me into anarchy. To me this seems kind of ridiculous because all I really did was bring some boys home. How could that really start a riot? Anyhoo, it just seemed weird to me.
