[b]The Doods get protection[/b] [b]Preamble[/b] Rad Doods with Attitude and Monos Arcehin do hereby ratify this treaty, recognizing friendship and seeking to promote camaraderie, growth, and safety. [b]Sovereignty[/b] It is recognized that both alliances retains their sovereignty over everything not explicitly limited within this treaty. Though friendship, discussion, and advice shall be sought and given freely in all areas, both alliances shall retain their sovereignty. [b]Mutual Peace and Friendship[/b] Signatories of this treaty shall refrain from open conflict be it verbal or physical with the other signatories. All issues shall be solved via diplomacy and war shall not be made directly against another signatory, nor shall a signatory intentionally aid a known enemy of another signatory. [b]Defense[/b] Monos Archein shall aid the alliance with their full military and financial support in the case of conflict. [b]Offense[/b] If the protectorate wishes to institute an offensive war they shall discuss the issue with Monos Archein at least 48 hours prior. During which time, diplomatic solutions will be sought and the situation shall be discussed thoroughly. [b]Cooperation[/b] Both the protector and the protectorate shall work together to promote growth amongst each other where mutually beneficial. The Monos Archein shall promote the growth of Rad Doods with Attitude as best they can. [b]Treaties[/b] The protectorate shall discuss the potential signing of a new treaty with Monos Archein and obtain their approval before signing any new treaties. [b]Superiority Clause[/b] Should treaties amongst the Monos Archein or Rad Doods with Attitude ever come into conflict, the non-aggression clauses of this treaty shall supersede any other treaties. [b]Termination[/b] If either the protector or protectorate would like to cancel this treaty 48 hours must be given in warning. If any signatory is found to be in severe breach of this treaty they will be removed immediately with no extension of adherence to any of the terms is required.
