This is a very principled response to a common problem, one that i have frequently seen small alliances make the wrong call over. So yes, good bloody form, this is an excellent example to others.

So humble denizens of cybernations its 4am here and I'm still awake. Why Doc, You might ask, are you still up at this ungodly hour? The truth is i don't bloody know, for the last few weeks i haven't been able to sleep because of the mind numbing searing heat of this great gigantic desert island that i live on. However tonight i can't blame it on my flats lack of air conditioning or my bedroom resembling a scene from Dante's Inferno. No sadly i have no reason to be awake when people are starting to get up for work. Maybe I've finally cracked? well this was fun for about three minutes... Just about all of GDI is in anarchy and now i have my own plushy toys to play with Incidentally at least 2 GDI nations have "Protected by TFD" in their bios, could we get a response from The Foreign Division as to the significance of this if any, because to the best of my knowledge there is no treaty between GDI and TFD.

I was a not quite neutral menace, i was voted in as the Director of the Academy did that for i think two terms? (can't remember) and then got dropped in the hotseat as the MoD when Blizzardman had one of his fits... Anyway it got too the point where i couldn't keep my big mouth shut, i wasn't built too be neutral so i left before i turned myself into a CB for someone...

All i know is that Fran is a lovely human being who really couldn't be nicer (i my experience anyway) and it makes me sad too see so many bitter people attacking her for actions she clearly believed we're for the good of her alliance.
