How is your micro doing? Are you all having a great time barely existing on this planet whose politics evaporated long ago?

It's going to be weird having to come up with something to do other than dump on your former home for y'all.

Pretty !@#$@#$ micro dude. But it comes with micro pigs and micro brews, so it's pretty much the bees knees.

I transitioned to dumping on Caustic months ago. Pile of Poo on Apple iOS 10.0

The Oolong Caleafate rejects any notion of disbandment, on the contrary, the collective formerly known as 'MI6' has never been stronger.  All members are requested to return to the holy land to unleash final Teahad.  The world will be united under His Almighty Spout.

All alliances with planted operatives will be required to honor TITO and afford an alliance with the Caleafate.

  3. Nah, NG and Polar had no reason for war at all.

Edit:: Apart from my snarky reply, I want to point out that you're playing the party line just as strongly as anyone you're pointing fingers at. We had a conversation within days of the declaration, where I shared with you the complete reasoning and Chim's special little friendship with R&R. This is disingenuous in its outrage at best.

For those of you who are wondering what happened, MI6 decided to coup their government because Chim's ego was hurt just a little bit.

Chimaera doesn't even play CN anymore dude. Can you and your associates please give it a rest with him, it's getting weird!

Khime...Kim....Ch- oh, you mean the dude that got caught using an Oc leak and got his AA rolled for it, but convinced his AA that it was for OOC matters and blamed the exposure of the leak on other gov members, who then recently rage quit and told everyone else to do the same, but then kept plotting behind different doors and now is, according to other MI6 members, 'already back' now that the revolving door has once again revolved?

I might remember that guy... seems like a stretch though.

This is what a micro is.

Even at the same rate, 100 members you'd be only entering "simmering fart," territory.

It's like things are so terrible around here people consider a glob of 50 people to be something worth a damn nowadays.

You're looking at an old stat.

And, well, yeah. Before this war I'm pretty sure we were in the top 30. I don't remember. If we're a micro, then there's really only a handful of alliances that are not. Gotta take the expectations out of 2008 and into 2016. There are only 6 alliances on Bob over 100 active members, and one of those is just barely.

Jumping Jesus on a pogostick, WE ARE NOT ATTACKING YOU FOR IT.

We're attacking you because allies asked us to and and we had no problem saying yes because you personally (for the most part) are a liar who tried (and failed) to make us look like the bad guy because you lost stats and were terrified that you might lose more. We attempted to have a positive (or at least neutral) relationship with you, but not only did you not want that but you decided it was a smart move to make things up, sensationalize and exaggerate, badmouth us, and act like an all around d-bag for no real reason.

MI6 isn't in the position it's in at random or because "the Man" is keeping you down, Chim. It's not because people lie about you or because they "fear" your potential. It's not because you're active and it makes folks jealous. It's not because people conspire against you. No one has to do anything at all, in fact, for you to remain in this position until the lights go off. They simply have to wait until you start shooting your mouth off and say (or do) something stupid. It's inevitable and requires zero plotting or scheming from other alliances.

What we have here is a failure to communicate. People who once called each other brothers, are doing nothing but tearing one another down as we fling insults back and forth. I unfortunately was not around when this split happened, but after I returned to MI6 at the end of January, I was struck by just how much of our boards were dedicated to this feud. I don't believe TBC were plotting to hit us for ages now, I do believe they however have grievances with us that have festered by going ignored for the past couple of months. The MI6 policy these past couple of months has been to literally just ignore TBC, which, while perhaps an effective solution in the short-term, was always going to leave bitterness on both sides. There are plenty of people in TBC I really like, so i'm hopeful that after this war we can both share a beer.

I'm agreeing with WANA! This is spot on. If we have any animosity, let's get it out now and have a beer afterwards.

Came to terms with that months ago; when three ex-TBCers and one current TBCer tell us about this particular post and give us some of the names on it (I see Levon was a recent acquisition of yours), it starts being really damn funny when you're attacking us for it.

My god, can you reach any further? That's a list that's open to pretty much anyone on our forums... it was Kait's joking 'wish list' from when we started. The idea that this is an active poaching list is positively laughable. We used to talk about people's positioning on it in our public IRC channel.

We're just so terrible. Meanwhile you got caught with your hands in at least two of our member's pockets in the last 24 hours.... How delightfully projectionist of you.

I'm fairly certain the last person who was 'incessantly badgered' about joining by MI6 was Xanth, in a thread that went very hilariously wrong, a very long time ago.  It's all well and good that you guys are coming up with excuses after the fact - that's certainly your right - and we're more than happy to take (most) of you down a few pegs.

Have fun out there, TBC. I'd say I'm sorry it's come to this between us, but god, I really would be lying then.

You can feel free to pull out rey's words to combat my post, but I mentioned plainly upsetting members. All it takes is scrolling up a few posts to see that's true.

Where ... did I say we declared on them for poaching? I think I've made our reasons for attacking pretty clear, as has the other alliances involved as of today.

While incessantly attempting to get our members to join MI6 to the point of annoyance is lulzy and a mild nuisance, that alone is not a reason for us to attack anyone ... nor was it.

I'll piggy-back off this - you cannot poach a happy member. I have no issues with attempts at poaching until it is incessant or pushy enough to upset the members that are being targeted, which is something that has occurred. And that doesn't irritate me because it's poaching-induced - it irritates me because someone external to the alliance is upsetting a member.

Just quoting this for posterity. Bern was not involved in government when TBC was in the works, unlike someone else I know.

You don't see me claiming any moral high ground saying people should 'stay and work on things', do you? My ship had sailed there, I was unhappy and strongly aware of that. I will never falt a person for leaving an alliance - I will fault a person for leaving an alliance and then telling someone else they should have stayed, when they themselves did not.

Many emotions right now going on, so some of my thoughts.

Sad that instead of staying to fight for change from within, which as Ms several of you could have done so, you bail and are now initiating a conflict against a group you once led and could have made a difference in. Angry that this is the end result and that you sign a billion treaties to ensure you get in on this rolling because of what. Disappointed because I thought better of many of you to be frank, I didn't realize you had such thin skin. I guess that's what sets the strong leaders from the weak ones.

I'm a pretty naive and optimistic fella I guess.

This is mildly ironic from someone who decided to leave and not stay to fight for change from within.

But I guess as long as you turn around and go back after the difficulties are worked through, you get to stand on the perceived moral highground. Who knew?

If TBC had such a problem with MI6 in January, maybe, just maybe, y'all should've attacked in on I don't know...January?

These have been ongoing issues, not something that occurred in January and ceased, and you are painfully aware of that.

Similarly, as we discussed last night, I fail to see how jumping on an AA that was, at that time, in shambles from three months of war is somehow a better proposition.

Just gonna keep this here for posterity's sake.

We each have our own reasons for being here.

I do find it hilarious that even after war was declared, you still found it necessary to badger our members into leaving TBC and joining MI6. I cannot understand how you can't grasp these actions are not beneficial for you, and similarly, that they don't end up right with us, at leadership. How many times must we dismiss something 'small' for it to becoming a larger behemoth that we've allowed to infract against us with no word?
