oh yer but do resources and improvements all improve by a percentage of the base income or after the base income has been affected by one first? And is it the same for pop? For example do the income increases (eg +$10) apply first or the % effects(such as from banks)

so the stock market wonder would provide a 10% increase of the base income not 10% of the income mdified by improvements? correct?

hi, im sorry if this has been posted before. I was wondering if it was possible to know the following things: 1. what the upkeep per number of improvements is. 2.where wonders have effect, before or after improvements.
