I think you are confused comrade. Polaris is always relevant and you may well want to check our allies and see how relevant they are. You would do well not to try to make us relevant to you. We have no fear of Frankenstein alliances relying totally on the good will of others for their survival, which of course history shows will be short lived. I shouldn't feed your madness but I can't help it. NO. Didn't happen, wouldn't happen, I would certainly take credit for it though. Genius move, unfortunately not mine. NO. Oculus did not intervene on behalf of anyone but their own interests. Any convergence with the RFI agenda is coincidence. Polar has no super tier, so how exactly does that matter to Polar?

What actually transpired was quite simple. Here are the facts. 1. When Kashmir got involved, I asked them if they needed help, they said they were having fun and didn't require assistance. 2. When other alliances including allies of Polar were involved on the opposite side they sought advice as to Polar's position re Kashmir. They were informed as per #1 with a caveat that once sufficient blood was spilled that the war should end without stupid terms and preferably white peace. 3. As the war continued to drag on, I made inquiries with my allies and others as to the short term future of the war and peace discussions. I was told of the stupidest set of terms since WOTC and decided it was time to exert some diplomatic pressure on my respective allies to end the !@#$%^&* and the war. When that proved fruitless I reached out to others to exert pressure from different angles. I believed that the matter was pretty close to settled and that the war would come to a conclusion with respectable terms for everyone. 4. At no stage did I approach anyone with any plan involving anything other than a diplomatic solution. At this stage, I don't particularly care about this war, other than to assist Kashmir to exit it. I am watching to see what exactly transpires and I will make my call based on the actions of others. Polar has no plan to be involved at this stage and we certainly wont be attacking our allies bloc mates any time soon. But please don't take that as a license to do whatever you feel like. I don't have any great affection for Canik and his dog mates and if he wants a piece of Polar he knows both where to find us and where the roads lead to. There seems to be some confusion as to Oculus' role in the war, I think you need to read the DOW again and take it at face value rather than pretending anyone is interested in saving the puppies from further embarassment.

Who are ISX again? Were they the alliance that booted you to the curb because even they thought you were a nozzle? Interesting log dump there GK. I can confirm for those of you who care, that I do not, at this time, care. My distaste for pretty much everyone is beyond the comprehension of pretty much everyone, however it is unlikely that, given we were trying to assist our friends off the battlefield, we would also be planning another offensive at the same time. I don't need any help to plot and plan chaos, I just do it. Therefore whatever you are insinuating seems to be reaching around a little too far. I will make no secret of my intentions to roll someone if and when the time comes to do so... If RFI or its friends wants some Polar, they are free to come knocking. Until you see me starting the Trollmaster2000 up, it is safe to say that Polar isn't rolling anyone. Except maybe Legion... they appear bogged down in quicksand of their own making and appear to be an easy target.

Not complaining, observing. There is currently two clear sides, one just lacks the fortitude to do what must be done whilst the other sits waiting for them to make their move. If you want to do something however, you actually have to commit to it. That means you have to take a risk or two but those with courage and vision are long gone from ''Side II''. If everyone from ''Side II'' dropped their external treaties they would have a proper shot at the title..... but no one is giving up their ties to Oculus anytime soon, both because they are lazy and because they know the end result.

If you are going to push buttons you need to be reasonably confident of what happens when you do. The world is so asleep I bet I could attack a single alliance, no one would defend them because they wouldn't notice or care, quite probably including the alliance attacked, threaten them with all kinds of demands up to an including moving color or disbanding and then peace them out when I felt like without really achieving anything. This is the real issue for me now, what do I do that achieves anything? Everyone has a treaty with everyone else or at least an ally of someone else, and the OWF is a cesspool, so there isn't even the minor joy of getting the Trollmaster2000 fired up. Hard to find motivation to be an evil attention seeking arsehole when no one notices?

The game is as it is because the reality was there was only ever a few handfuls of people actually driving the masses around the board. Many of those people have left, or retired to the point of almost inactivity and there has been very little interest in taking their place. There was a lot of talent here, most of it is gone. The run of the mill alliance player was never good enough to make things happen, and so they sit here and contemplate why the community is as it is. Too many stupid people, with a complete lack of comprehension of what drives the game, having input into driving the game for their own agenda rather than the global community effectively killed whatever resistance there was. Here we sit, waiting for someone to do something and the people who could, after careful contemplation, couldn't be arsed anymore. For me personally, everyone I wanted to hate me probably has at some stage hated me, everyone I wanted to kill has been killed and as far as I am concerned, I have SFA left to achieve that is remotely interesting to me. Therefore, unless I get inspired, I won't do too much too often.... and unfortunately I am not alone in this regard. Face it, the game was won a while ago now, we are just waiting to turn off the lights. Please sweet lord, turn off the lights.

Comrade, be extremely clear, I wasn't posturing. I have always done what I believe is right (or wrong) with great sense of occasion. I have communicated clearly our position in relation to a collective of semi-rigid alliances beating the crap out of our friends. Whilst they are enjoying it, have fun. When the time comes for peace, do it without being knobs. You were granted a limited license nothing more or less. If I decide that you have gone too far I will say so, give you a chance to rectify and then take whatever action is appropriate. All this nonsense about Oculus is merely that, nonsense. Oculus has no responsibility to declare anything to anyone, it also has no part in this ''war''. The discussions we had were between your alliance and mine, nothing more or less. Polar is still alive and well and we will react when called on to do so, it is very hard to constantly be the aggressor in every war, so perhaps now you have tried it, you might like to try again. You know where we are if you so desire, you are on my list of alliances that I need to roll for old times sake.

It is indeed a very long time. Perhaps you should cast your mind all the way back over that 8 years and think in context. I am still outwardly hostile and always will be. I think NADC should disband and join another alliance because they are now and always have been completely useless at all facets of the game, but there is a limit to how much fun it is for either party after a while. I am here to promote activity and have some fun, that doesn't mean I have to piss in someone's cornflakes for sport. Besides, there are other factors at play always. The NADC have allies. Fortunately for them their allies have friends who are my friends. The NADC is just making the best they can of the situation, as they should. They don't want to be the next target again.
