  1. Thanks for the acknowledgment, Syrik. And crazy is fun. Good job and good luck, PC.
  2. All of this posturing. You all know what's coming if you don't accept our terms. If you choose that course, it is on your head. So be it.
  3. Why does everyone keep calling this a joke? This is not meant for anyone's amusement. We have offered our terms. If you have nothing constructive to say about them, please keep your comments to yourself.
  4. Please see our proposal for surrender here: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=52280
  5. There are 4 types of people in the world: 1. People who make things happen: Freak Safari 2. People who watch things happen: All of CN 3. People who things happen to: FACE 4. People who wonder what happened: Anyone still wondering why Freak Safari attacked FACE. We have been more than happy, here at Freak Safari, to make things happen on CN, because it's been a long, long, long time since anything interesting has happened here. However, we find that the ongoing war is starting to wear on our nerves. Therefore, knowing exactly how things have gone for the participants in this war, and with full understanding of the likely future course, Freak Safari offers the following as fair and just terms of surrender: 1. Effective immediately, The Order of the Paradox, The Dark Templar, Lone Star Republic, The German Empire, FOK!-Alliance, and IFOK!-Alliance will cease all attacks against Freak Safari and offer peace to any Freak Safari member with whom they are at war; 2. Each individual member of The Order of the Paradox, The Dark Templar, Lone Star Republic, The German Empire, FOK!-Alliance, and IFOK!-Alliance currently at war with a member of Freak Safari will post in this thread, requesting that Freak Safari grant peace; 3. No member of The Order of the Paradox, The Dark Templar, Lone Star Republic, The German Empire, FOK!-Alliance, or IFOK!-Alliance will declare further war on any member of Freak Safari; 4. Every member of The Order of the Paradox, The Dark Templar, Lone Star Republic, The German Empire, FOK!-Alliance, and IFOK!-Alliance will immediately decommission all nuclear weapons, destroy all tanks, aircraft, and naval vessels, dismiss all but the minimum soldiers necessary to avoid anarchy, and destroy all military wonders and improvements; 5. Each alliance named above (i.e., The Order of the Paradox, The Dark Templar, Lone Star Republic, The German Empire, FOK!-Alliance, and IFOK!-Alliance) will start a thread in this forum for each member of its own alliance to post, pledging an oath of undying gratitude for Freak Safari's magnanimous surrender terms (PLEASE NOTE: EACH POST MUST CONTAIN A QUOTE FROM ONE OF THE THREE BACK TO THE FUTURE MOVIES THAT IS RELEVANT TO THE POST. AS AN ACCOMMODATION, ANY OF THE THREE MOVIES WILL BE ACCEPTED, BUT THE CARTOON AND VIDEO GAME ARE UNACCEPTABLE.); 6. Federated Allies for Cultural Exchange will immediately order all members to cease all attacks on any member of Freak Safari, and order all members to immediately dismiss or destroy all military other than 100 soldiers each; 7. Federated Allies for Cultural Exchange will stand by idly while Freak Safari attacks for 7 days, maintaining 100 soldiers at all times, in order to allow Freak Safari to farm further tech; 8. Federated Allies for Cultural Exchange, The Order of the Paradox, The Dark Templar, Lone Star Republic, The German Empire, FOK!-Alliance, and IFOK!-Alliance will each pay to Freak Safari $100 million and 2,000 tech as quickly as allowed by aid system limits. In return for immediate compliance with our all-too-fair surrender terms, this war will end. Thank you.
  6. Hey, they can have our battle anthem when we're done with it. I'm trying to write some new words to go with it. So far, I've got, "Nuuuuukes! NUUUUUKES! Blowing up! Glooooowing!" I don't know, something like that.
  7. Somebody needed to. This whole place was turning into an old folks' home.
  8. Agreed. Some people have been so happy to have some war, and they've been very cool. Not bad at all. Some people, on the other hand, Stop being not funny. Just stop. It's depressing me.
  9. Is everyone really this dense? Why do so many continue to talk as if we planned on trying to survive this whole thing and come back to hang around the utter boredom for the long haul? It's baffling. Enough talk, talk, talk, talk, talk. More nuke, nuke, nuke, nuke, nuke. Planet Bob needs to glow green.
  10. Keep figuring.Until you get to somewhere involving the phrase "because it's amusing to FS," you're not there.
  11. I laughed. Propaganda goes both ways, and that was funny propaganda. More, more!
  12. No whining here. I love that Murder, Inc. is so tough that none of you have any interest in even trying to find out if you could handle us in a straight up battle. I think it's absolutely hilarious that Roman Empire is so scared of MI that they sent a combined NS of almost 6,300 after my 1,300 NS (at the time) nation to defend after I re-engaged their guy who keeps sending me loathsome demands to change my AA if I don't want them to "pwn" me. I mean, all of the true Murderers know we're too good for one or even two closely matched Judgment nations to handle us, but it's affirming when Judgment shows us they know it, too.
  13. Seriously, until "Judgment" is done dishonoring their word, inventing a moral high ground to justify their blatant power grab, and gloating when six of their nations finally anarchy one guy, they're not going to stop. They are cool, you know.
  14. Well, it's a shame it left a bad taste in your mouth, but what could they do? They had to follow this pattern. It's how you know it's really "Judgment." It's practically their signature move.
  15. I have come not to troll you, but to praise you. Good show, Judgment, on following through. You have repeatedly told us that this war was about MI policies, and you have shown yourselves honorable by ending it when the policy changes you wanted were implemented. And thank you for a fine war. The fighting was fun.
  16. I just looked. Indijanci raided him on November 29, that was peaced out. Then, on December 10, bomberboy jumped on the bandwagon and attacked Ze Bombmeister of MI with the message, "MI are going down." Followed by Poopyland of Black Star 10 attacking two members of MI on 12/11 and attacking Ze Bombmeister on 12/12. Indijanci only declared on bomberboy again on 12/13, in response to their coordinated bandwagon-jumping. So I think it's a little disingenuous for bomberboy to act as if he's just SHOCKED that Indijanci came back for him this time. Here's a link to their alliance's wars: http://tournament.cybernations.net/search_...ack%20Star%2010 To be fair, there was another person flying the MI flag, Menschlicker, who raided him on 12/6, but that guy's a member of MHA now, so it's probably safe to guess that he wasn't much more than a ghost using our AA to avoid any real fights.
  17. It's an honorable way to go. Good job, elborrador.
  18. Ooooo, are we torturing analogies and cherry-picking examples that don't fit now to try to win? How about this - Two high schools are playing for the football championship. One of the schools is much bigger than the other, with a deep bench. The small school barely has enough team members to finish the game. If the big school makes substitutions within the rules of the game, putting fresh players on the field to take the place of badly injured players and go against the small school's ragged and somewhat beat up players, and score more, they still win the game. No amount of whining about the rules allowing them to make it easier on themselves will change that fact. They played within the rules and they won the game. Kind of like, oh, re-rolling when your "player" is badly injured, within the rules. See how that whole "following the rules as set out" changes things?
  19. Arcane, now I'm accidentally following you across threads. Your refusal to play the game within the rules set out by its creators is baffling to me. "Well, if the scoring system was completely different, then the things I'm doing would put me and my group higher than yours, even though that isn't the case under the real scoring system! And while we're at it, if the rules allowing re-rolls for nations devastated by war were different, you wouldn't be able to use it as part of your strategy, and that would change things, too. So even though you can still win quite easily here thanks to participating within the actual rules, in my alternate world, where the rules are all completely different, we win!" Baffling.
  20. Oh, golly gosh, Arcane thinks re-rolling, a strategy perfectly in line with the rules of the game, a necessary strategy where you've spent several weeks fighting the three people at the limits of NS to attack your nation and have been stretched to the point of no return, is cheating. Gee whillikers and golly, his opinion that it is "cheating" will forever damage my fragile widdle psyche. Wooooeeeee is me. Oh, forsooth and for surely, woe is me. I'll never understand what got this group started so much to begin with. "Oh, no, MI was going to use its built up strength to give everyone pause if they even considered doing something dumb like tech raiding MI! We must gather up a coalition of two or three times the nations of MI so we can triple team all of them with nations at the outer limits of attack range! We'll gang up on them so hard, that'll teach them that it isn't right to use their position of greater strength and numbers to quash what they perceive as a threat!" Hypocrisy, thy name is Judgment.
  21. It's a shame that some ghosts and posers who only joined MI because they thought it would mean never having to fight will go for this. It's funny, though, that Judgment can only really win by talking people into leaving MI. It doesn't matter how many anarchies we have, how many battles you fight, how many soldiers you kill, if everyone in MI just stays in MI, we'll still win the round. That's right, fellow members. All you have to do to remain a member of the round-winning alliance is refuse to knuckle under. Keep your AA on Murder, Inc. Re-roll when you're crushed and come back as Murder, Inc. Anarchy as many people as possible every chance you get, and keep proudly flying that Murder, Inc. flag, and we will win. No matter how many people try to re-define "win" involving NS, or wars, or anarchy, or anything else, if we all stay true to MI, we will be able to point to our name when the real winner is announced. No, this may not let you "build your nation" this round, but what does that matter? All of those little pixels will be gone in February. Gone forever, with no more meaning whatsoever. But you will retain the bragging rights of helping your alliance to WIN. AGAIN. Or you can go running to judgment like a cowardly, beaten dog, with your tail between your legs. It's up to you to make the decision you can live with. I know what I'll be doing.
  22. Pretty good, actually. It's a topic of much discussion. "I say, dear boy, I don't believe I shall ever desire any peace." "Quite right, chappy, no surrender and whatnot, eh?" "Quite, quite. No peace and no surrender. Seems the only way to go in a game made for fighting, wouldn't you say?" "Too true, good sir, too true." And so forth.
  23. Well, that was an incredibly dense statement. I'll give you that "couple" isn't crystal clear. Where I'm from, "a couple" is usually equivalent to 2. In this case, the real number for MI and allies is less than 2. So you can replace "a couple" with "1 to 2." Sorry for any confusion there. However, I'm not sure how you can make "3 or 4 members" equivalent to 2-3. You'll have to show me how to do that fancy new math. So, less than 2 from one side, more than 3 from the other. Put another way, roughly half as many MI members and allies to get one anarchy. Half. Or less than half. Again, interesting...
  24. Is everybody still sticking to that fiction? I thought it was common knowledge by now that the slots are really kept full to keep POW's from re-rolling and going back to their alliance to help. Huh.
  25. Wait - are you saying it only takes a couple of people from MI and its honorable allies to anarchy a single target, while it requires 3 or 4 members of Judgment to do the same? Interesting... Oh, so Judgment isn't the principled, cohesive, determined group it holds itself out to be? Also interesting...
