It'll take us at least 2 years before the oppression really begins. Anyways, this is probably temporary. I imagine that alliances like Sparta will start to pass us by in total NS and score after the war wraps up.

Being good at war isn't hard. From playing CNTE, I know that I can defeat most people one on one, it is just a matter of spotting their weakness and knowing how to exploit it. What's important is that you don't fall into a pattern, while watching for patterns in your enemy. Once you know what they're going to do you can crush them.

Here's a shout-out to Ponster for being a cool guy and a fierce fighter. Congrats to BAPS for getting decent peace terms, and best of luck in your future as an alliance.

Who said we were being funny? It's time somebody said it: TOP is a sham of an alliance. It has become basically nothing but Crymson and his lapdog show, with whoever tickles his fancy being "elected" to office. It's disgusting. Of course, leave it to TOP & company to derail the thread with fluff about medals and whatnot. It's the same typical sand-in-your-face BS tactics that we've seen a thousand times before, is anyone really surprised? O/ The Order of Grämlins

What, in the opinion of the host and guests, has been the worst turn of political events in CN? How about the best?

993 days as of today. I'll be 1000 in a week or so. CN from a footsoldier's point of view: * I remember being attacked by ODN during GWI for some odd reason. That was my first war, though it only lasted a few days. * For a few months Sapin remained independent. It was possible to do that back then, because tech raiders actually had some standards and usually preyed on inactives. The tech raiders of today are mostly scum with no class. Some aren't though, it depends. * In order to keep trade partners loyal (furs was a horrible resource in the old days), I promised $10,000 if I ever canceled a trade without warning. The news actually made it onto the front page of the wiki for a week. * My first alliance was CIS, because their recruiting message had the least typos. Oh god, if only I had known beforehand what the CIS was like. * GWII and GWIII were both fun to fight in. I remember one guy from MCB who was totally cool to talk to. I don't think he's around anymore though. ;_; * Sometime in between the great wars I was accidentally attacked by IAA for some inane reason. lol * Finally fed up with all the incompetence and BS, I left the CIS shortly after GWIII. * I migrated to TOP, where I remain to this day. I truly couldn't ask for a better home in CN. * The GPA and NpO wars were a breeze. I kind of wish they had put up a bit more resistance. It would have been more fun. * For now, I light a cigarette and lean against the wall of my trench. Another war will come, it will be fun and I will continue to be useful. That's about it.

Like the title says, I'm buying 100 tech for 3 million. This will be a 30 day type deal, so there's no need for middlemen. The two deals part means that I'm looking for two separate traders, so don't give up if you see somebody else already doing a tech deal. There may or may not be a chance for repeat business.
