Yes its true, NOIR just Increased its Sexiness by 60%. Over double their Current Sexiness City of Rapture Made an application thread to NOIR many days ago after completing many grueling tasks such as running down the road naked, slopping on oil and sliding on tiles into a pile of horse poop, and many things that are really confusing and weird to add in. We finally were accepted into NOIR. The City of Rapture, being the sexiest alliance on CN, finally had the other twenty something uglier alliances bow down to us. We even got ourselves one of those geeky, nerdy people as sidekicks to help us out. They go by the name "Open Source Alliance;" not to mention make us look even sexier when they stand next to us. So without further ado, I now give you City Of Rapture's acceptance into NOIR.

Who are you, and errr... Tech raid vs Alliance Annihilation. not a good choice Your alliance now needs to keep itself together for tech raids then rely on NPO during war. Have ur alliance back each other up. no use joining a 1 sided war with hopes to teach something.

People need to get over this idea that Karma war isnt good enougth. Karma war is fine. it doesnt need no special name. Karma war is its name and people are not gonna remember it as any other name. so i think people need to give up.

Nukes aren't immoral :/ its a game it does take a suprise factor out but quad attacks are easy enougth to do, and good enougth to keep the element of suprise in the game i guess. Nukes arnt fun to take. end of story

Considering NPO and Old Guard both failed in there Obligation of Aggressive wars. that to me alone is a symbol of how much NPO and Old Guard care about these treaties when they fail to even mention there going to war first. Then have the balls to turn around and say MHA and the rest of Citadel is in the wrong for not Honouring the D. when they cant honor the A. MHA honored its Treaty of Harmlins. Why should You as a Zenith Member tell them what treaties are honorable to them. NPO entered this war on the Aggression. not the Defense. Ordo Verde is the ONLY Alliance in this war to have entered on the Defensive. because there the only alliance who hasnt needed to write out a declaration of war. Edit I do have something about the alliance Entering Late, Its Called Tactics. Stop being a tool (not the alliance, but an actual tool)
