In fact I can bounce the question right back you!, A check of the war screens shows any current wars between our members has been initiated by GOONs. It even appears your members are attacking our Emperor, so I must ask is this action a declaration of war by GOONs on the New Pacific Order?

Feanor you actually just got out thought by Mogar...this must be very embarrassing for you. Every alliance we are allied to has their own Sovereignty and make their own decisions. Do we provide input when asked, of course but none are forced to do anything against what they believe is necessary and right for their own alliance. As a good ally, we respect and honor that even if we do not like it. Could/would TOP and UMB do the same, I am guessing no ;)
