    That was exactly my point. It's retarded, too, because what if they all expire on the same day? Would the same thing happen? Maybe I should just go ahead and post this in the suggestion box, then.

    I am unable to send aid to this nation, even though one of their aid offers is expired. Edit: I was able to send the money after Rumor had cleared the expired aid offer, but not before.
