Well, currently, there aren't really any extremely bad resources anymore. Bad pairs of resources on the other hand...

I was approx 48-49k NS pre-war and lost about 12-14k NS during the war. Currently at about 66k NS due to 2.5k infra more, 1600 tech more and a WRC

So people don't spy away your shiny investments (nukes). Also usually prevent random mischief from spy attacks being conducted upon to your nation

I think that wars of 5 days and nuclear anarchy of 3 days would be perfect for TE. Seeing that a round is only 60 days long, anything longer would feel (and does) like an eternity.
