Okay great, thanks guys. Edit: What about if I delete my nation, is it possible to quickly remake it and get the same name?

Hey all, I have a new nation but played a year ago, my old nation got deleted from a foolishly attempted infra jump. I keep hearing my resources are terrible together, is this the case? They both have good military bonuses so i'm not so sure... If it is the case I will end up deleting my nation and recreating, but would I get the same name if i'm quick enough? All feedback will be well appreciated.
