IMHO I think most alliance leadership have it easy. Their members like government and there is a low risk of personal injury or death. They can also leave at any time. Unlike FAN where even the government hates government, there is a high risk of injury or death and you can never really leave. You can try and the best you can hope for is a warning shot or a quick death. As to your original assumptions... if you could lead an alliance better than those involved in this cluster&$*# you would be. But you can't, so you don't, so you follow. In other words. Put up or shut up.

While the Moldavi Doctrine is interesting I think it takes a simple problem and makes it much more complicated than it needs to be. I much prefer the Mpol Doctrine. I'm not sure why. As we've seen recently it is the duty of all members of the CN community to speak out any injustice, real or perceived.
