Is this a Paypal change or a Cybernations change as I've always relied on Paypal debiting my account previously and it never caused a delay?

Donations I have previously made donations and the effect was almost instantaneous (i.e. the time it takes to clear a Paypal transation). My last donation however came with a "wait five working days" message which with the vaguaries of Bank Holidays and such like actually ended up taking eight days. Is there anything I can do at my end to make a donation instantaneous again (as planning a back-collect around a vague "five working days" figure seems a bit prone to error)?

I think you may well be right Count. The latest GRL drop (again, 0.02) has had a knock-on improvement on my happiness/total population. Tracing it back it does seem that my happiness/total population were artifically slightly higher than they should have been two days ago. Without knowing the exact formula used it may be that at that point I was on the cusp and got an artificial boost which corrected itself yesterday. I'm not planning on doing a collect for a few days yet so I'll keep an eye on it anyway.

I've read the log but as far as I can tell nothing changed from yesterday to today.

Yes. The reverse has happened though which seems to be supported by my happiness and total population both dropping slightly (unless there could be another reason for these both dropping when nothing at all has changed within my nation??) Happiness: 59.83 to 59.82 Total Population: 52,780 to 52,766 Like I said, they are both very small drops but they are still drops when logic seems to state that the reverse should have happened with GRL improving.

A quick question If everything else stayed the same would a happiness boost give a corresponding boost to the total population figure? Cheers!

I'm not sure why but when the global radiation fell slightly from yesterday to today a similar drop happened with my own environment rating. I assumed any drop in global radiation would have a knock-on boost on my environment? Both drops were subtle but noticeable to me as I recorded all my nation info yesterday and again today (I'm planning on tracing the impact of more border walls after I next collect). Before anyone asks, everything within my nation is exactly the same today as yesterday. I've not lost any trades, bought or sold anything or changed any other settings. The only change is the slight drop in happiness and total population due to the drop in environment. Any suggestions are welcome as I may well be missing something blatantly obvious to people more in the know than me

Fair enough. I can do most of the stuff from my phone anyway - well, except for buying anything as the buttons don't seem to work in the phone's browser IRC is a bit of a non-starter unfortunately as they seemed to have blocked the required port(s)!

Just a very quick question and one I'm sure has been asked before (sorry). What is the guidance with logging in to an account from a work/communal PC? The PC in question is my 'own' work PC and only I use it but I don't want to end up forfeiting my account due to someone else from the same organisation (2000+ people) playing the game. Any guidance would be appreciated. Cheers.
