It remains to be seen if the new leadership will do any better than the old leadership, granted the bar has been set spectacularly low, but the track record that exists doesn't seem to indicate that changing leaderships has helped them much.
currently the structure is some kind of hideous hybrid that ends up with something like a multi-tiered executive over a parliament, they've got;
A Sovereign, Regent, Chancellor. No idea how they interact.
Then we get a Prime Minister, and the usual collection of ministers;
Domestic, Foreign, Defense, Finance, and Culture.
Its a mess of a government, doubly so for an alliance that small. If I was them I'd take the opportunity to get some reform going and ax some of the extraneous positions cause I have a hard time believing there's enough work load to justify that kind of setup.

I had actually fought tooth and nail against this proposal to expand our government after JB's coup. He somehow convinced everyone who was active at the time that expanding government, when most of our active members were leaving, was a good idea... and that's how we ended up with this government structure....or something that resembles a structure.....
