Grant us brotherhood, not only for this day but for all the years. A brother not of words but of acts and deeds. - (Stephen Vincent Benet)
A message from the Office of Grand Master of The Grand Lodge of Freemasons.
On behalf of The Grand Lodge of Freemasons, I invite our fellow alliances, friends and treaty partners to join us in celebrating a major milestone. With this message, we herald the official accomplishment of the Lodge reaching 2,000,000 total nation strength. This period of growth is no small part due to continued effort by a dedicated and reliable government and an equally outstanding membership.
Having started with quite literally, nothing at all ...
The Lodge has gone through two alliance wars, 359 different members, seven governments, two trade spheres, multiple treaties, two different forums and a birthday bash.
Alongside the outstanding members of the Lodge, I'd like to take the time to thank our treaty partners. To our family in AZTEC, how utterly amazing you both are. Nueva Vida and 1 Touch Football are two wonderful alliances and if you've not come into contact with them before then what are you waiting for eh?
The United Commonwealth of Nations, we love you guys and hope to defeat you in some sort of contest in the near future! Last but certainly not least, our new(ish) friends in Bushido. We've all been extremely impressed with you chaps and no, you can't have Duke of Cool back!
We've had an, err interesting time of it on the orange sphere since we started. A few ups and a few downs, but it contains some genuinely warm and delightful alliances. It's at this time we'd like to reaffirm our commitment to the sphere and hope it will one day shine as bright as it once did. Our Orange Unity Treaty allies are a large part of the reason we made it two million strength. Thanks for those technology deals guys!
The importance of improvement, setting an example, and shouldering responsibility for the future are our Masonic goals. And where will it all end? In brotherhood. What we build today will endure. That is our hope and our faith. - (Stanley F. Maxwell)
Many of you already have Embassies or Consulates at the Lodge but if you have not, and wish to open one then please visit The Grand Lodge of Freemasons. We welcome everyone, regardless of strength, sphere or political alignment.
Sincerely,
Phil
