every just stop and take a breather please. I think this thread is getting way off topic and nothing is getting resolved. Please ( no offense too anyone ) 1) NPO has done bad things in its past. 2) Allot of other players and nations have done things bad in the past too 3) NPO started this war 4) KARMA stepped up and beat NPO and allies down 5) NPO Admited defeat 6) MOO Declared that any alliance is free too make red sphere their home. 7) MOO publicly Applogised to GATO, and some KARMA feel its a false appology 8) Negotiations took place too end this war 9) KARMA made their Offer , Which was rejected by NPO due too the 90% /14 mandatory war 10) NPO/ MOO made counter offer of MORE money for reps in exchange for dropping the 90% mandatory war, KARMA rejected 11) Negotiations ended and multiple posts in this thread state KARMA will not alter the terms. 12) KARMA members claim that we have 181 banks sitting in PM, As a NPO who is in PM, I can honestly say we DONT have 181 banks And yes i havent forgetten that KARMA is using this war too Punish NPO for every bad thing that has happened in the game. Contrary too popular belief, yes we have done alot too get people mad. but there are some posts laying blame on NPO for things we didnt do. and im not goin back thru 2500 posts too find all the quotes that would just drive me insane. Re read the terms sande, it wont be 181 people, the terms state that the reps can be paid by those nations with equal too or over 1k tech at the end of the 14 day mandatory war beatdown. not the 181 members now. soo at the end of the 14 day mandatory beatdown war their might be say 7 or 8 people over or near 1k tech

here let me hold a mirror up for you and everyone else the seems too think their all high and mighty innocent. im sorry but there's allot of you karma folks that have no Halo's either. so get off it already. sheesh.

the problem isnt the 7 bil or the 300k tech.. heck, make it an even 9 bil and 400k tech.. thats not the issue.. the issue is 1) trying too get 90% out of pm 2) letting the 90% to get beat down for 14 days straight. how many nations do think we will have over 1k tech? too be able too pay those reps? not many.. so lets use my nation as an example. and hypothetical situation. I have 1,803.70 tech and 6,821.00 infra. now if you look at my wonders i dont have any war wonders. so i get no bonuses or nukes. Now lets say 1) i receive orders too exit PM and i do because i follow my orders. 2) I wait for the 14 day mandatory war counter too start, which takes 1 month too happen. by then im at 0 infra and under 1k tech so 3) I still have too go thru the 14 days of war per requirment. which sends me too still 0 infra and 0 tech or close too it. Which means i am unable too pay the 300k tech and 7 bil cash reps when and if we get to the 90% into war mode ratio.. and remember the purpose of this war was too teach NPO a lesson and too dammage us severly, NPO was at 24 mil alliance str and had 924 members. we are now at just over 6 mill alliance str and only have a little over 700 members.. understand yet?
