The problem is that the guy never was my trade partner and I never lost any connected resources or bonus resources. One thing I like to do with my sellers is to watch their nation and offer advice where applicable if I see an area of improvement. So you not only get some cash, but a bit of advice if needed. From, XGF

I'll do three deals at the rate of 3mil/50, only to the first three sellers who reply. The rules for this forum indicate that I may only bump my own stand to the top if something has changed, and so my rates have changed for the first three sellers who reply. Also, for those first three sellers, I'll throw in an extra 3mil when 3 consecutive deals are completed. -XGF

I am looking for 6 long term tech sellers. My period of inactivity has come to an end, enough so that I may look into my nations economical affairs rather than appointing an advisor.
