No one's denying he was there with Buttercup and they decided to have some fun changing screen names. What there's absolutely no proof or suggestion if (thus far) is Chim trying to deceive anyone to gain an advantage in the game or cause problems for others. It wasn't done clandestinely nor with any goal other than having fun. You must realise by now no one's going to take it seriously unless you at least try and provide some evidence. If you've not got anything to hide yourself then you'd provide at elast some log extracts to try and make a believable point. Penkala, stop making yourself look like an even bigger idiot. Changing your name to someone else's username when the people in the room see you do it and know the two people concerned are together does not make it a secret attempt to spy. It was all totally out in the open. At least read what people are saying before responding to them with nonsense.

Unless someone can post evidence then this is riduculous. From what Chim's said it seems that anyone who was there would have to have been pretty stupid to not realise he was sat there with Buttercup. I don't see how you can even try and call it spying if they made it clear they were both there - that would be the most incompetent spying attempt ever. Far too many people here need to remember this is a game where people have FUN. Was anyone hurt? No. Was anyone's fun of the game damaged? No. Let's move on.

Yeah, I'm absolutely sure I'm spelling both right and I'm sure no one else has ever played CN from the house. I'm wasn't 100% sure about the URL but I just tried it a number of times being very careful about the username and password as well as the URL and it is still telling me "invalid username or password." I've just gone back upstairs to this computer to type this message and logged into CN no problem. This is thoroughly confusing me; I'm a programmer and have been using Windows PCs and the internet for 20 years and I've tried everything I can think of. Any other bright ideas out there?

I can login as normal from my main computer, no problems at all. I've been trying on and off to login from anther computer in the house for a couple of months and I always get the "invalid username or password" message. I've tried using IE, firefox and chrome, all with the same result. I've tried clearing cookies and cache, still no joy. I'm now totally at a loss as to what the problem is, the two computers are practically identical (same processors, windows XP, same router connection) and one works fine and the other does not.

Thanks allstarzzz. I messaged a few people too and just had one rejection so far. The others are still pending. Hopefully we'l find someone too. There's acouple of newbies I've spotted with the resources we need. If bewteen us we could give them a bit of aid to get their harbour we could maybe tempt one of them in. I won't have any aid slots free for a few days but I'll start looking at that soon.

If you guys want Uranium I can try and put something together. The way I've worked this one out we need 12 resources not including Uranium. I wasn't that interested in nukes so that didn't bother me. I'm sure I can come up with an alternate option that includes Uranium though. To make this one work as is we really need someone with marble and lead.
