This is sad. I remember STA fondly for coming to Aztec's help last war, and I don't think anyone thinks this war is personal - it just reflects how the treaty web is currently lined up. Wapa happens to have a history with STA, but I don't think their joining this war, really makes anything personal - they joined via the treaty web. I'm so far enjoying the war with my STA opponent, who is being a good sport.

I know that under the current circumstances of this war, asking for bygones to be bygones is kind of humorous. However 90% of us don't actually know what the story is here, and certainly don't care. Can we just go back to hailing GLOF?

This is truely a great shame and the end of an era. NV has been GLOF's longest and truest ally for as long as our alliance has been around. We have gone from being your protectorates to just being your friends, and have fought countless wars together. I can honestly say that many of you are now my RL friends. IF NV say it is ok, then clearly it was OK. Also..can't really see WF attacking NoR if they do end up coming back into war. There is a clear military winner, even if the diplomatic outcome is slightly muddled. Regardless, they would be able to come back under no real WF military threat.

just goes to show that fighting Aztec is a bad deal.
