To add more hilarity to the proceedings, the leader is the only nation who can fight but:
They are still in a peace build, haven't got a full trade circle, don't have any major wonders outside of a SDI, still in DEFCON 5 and well... you get the picture.

I don't think it works that way, firstly the leader of LSF claims to be protected by Socialist Workers Front and NOT the Union of Communist Republics and even then, you are a member of UCR and not LSF, where is your proof of this announcement?
Oh, and obligatory: They appear to have kept themselves in a state of Anarchy without declaring war. This is an impressive feat. Are you trying to get your "friends" killed?

Soxirella, TCTriangle, Stewie, Joe Stupid and kerschbs were the nations who received secret aid around the late August 2019 cycle, of which kerschbs and Caustic received secret aid during the early August 2019 cycle.
Either way, it's over 2 and a half years ago, unless of course UCR mysteriously end up getting secret aid?

It's not our place judgment on whether or not that occurred. That is for forces beyond our comprehension to rule and deliberate on. In regards to the second part , it is likely that the statute of limitations is over, so no real gain in chasing up that CB.

Related to August 2019 when FARK were sending secret aid to Non Grata during Hazardous Materials War. oneeightytwo and realpal were the two nations which were determined to be the senders.
